Bait switch and lose your key all in one day!! Unfortunately, today was an experience that I wouldn't want anybody to have to relive. Volkswagen dealerships have not changed in two decades unfortunately, as sweet as my sales representative was, she works for a company that still continues to practice the same trades as the old days bait switch insult you and then to top the day off, they lose the 2nd set key that you brought with you And of course take no responsibility on their end. Won't shop here again won't buy from Volkswagen ever again because of this experience I am very disappointed in everything that this dealership represents.

Worst car buying experience ever. Salesman ran my credit and didn't provide any info or a car fax before hand. Car ended up having a reported accident on the front end and a failed emissions inspection and they still wouldn't even budge a thousand dollars on the price. Highly do not recommend buying here.

We were going to buy a used Honda civic from them with a price of $12500, agreed on by the salesman and finance guy Jeremy. When we came back to do paperwork, they said they were losing money on the car and now the total is over $15,000 which includes a 2 year warranty and fees. they say we must buy the warranty because they can't sell it for any less? My husband was very upset and said we aren't buying this car, and we left. It turns out, that is illegal to force you to buy the warranty. it should be an option, not added to the price of the car because "they are losing money". I am in shock, sad and dismayed that a LITHIA dealer would do this to people. What a terrible experience. Get your sale price in writing, then do the paintwork. These guys are shady AF.

Excellent dealership with amazing customer service. Dealership's best quality is its experienced crew who really do care. My wife has purchased two VW tdi beetles from them. Her first beetle was in a head-on collision and we were just banged up. She wanted another Beetle, so we went back and experienced the great customer service again.I bought a Nissan Pathfinder and was driving down I-5 and limped into another dealer - boy is there a difference between dealers! I called our sales lady and she took the time to look up my warranty and emailed it to me. Over the next few days all the staff at VW Medford and Medford Nissan did research and used a lot of their time to keep me from getting charged for parts under my factory warranty. Without them, I would have had a very different experience with another Nissan dealer.Great work and if you want to go to a dealer that cares about you selecting the right car for you and then cares you after the sale (not just an empty promise for her) you need to buy your next vehicle from VW Medford or Medford Nissan.

I purchased a vehicle from Medford VW. Kathryn was the salesperson and she was great! Every detail was executed in a timely manner and after I took the vehicle home she was readily accessible to answer questions and, if she didn't have the answer she quickly got back to me with information. Two months later I needed a repair and took my vehicle (a Ford) to the local for dealership per extended warranty. There were many, many problems with the Ford dealership and 3 months later I still did not have my vehicle (they had not started on the repairs). The report from the adjuster for the extended warranty company was different than that diagnosed by the Ford dealership. The problems with my vehicle were nothing Medford VW could have foreseen and were definitely not their fault.Out of sheer frustration I called Jeremy Huffman, Finance Manager, about the extended warranty, looking for options in the extended warranty that may help me get my vehicle back. Jeremy listened to the details of my 'adventure' with the repair of my vehicle with patience and offered to speak with Medford VW General Manager to see if there was anything they could do.Within an hour Wes St Louis, General Manager, called me back with a solution providing it was agreeable to me. They transported my vehicle to Yreka Motors who diagnosed the problem with my vehicle (which matched that of the adjuster) and determined the problem was covered under manufacturers warranty so there would be no cost for the repairs. After repairs were completed they transported my vehicle back to Medford. After two weeks with Yreka Motors and Medford VW I had my vehicle back! They did not charge for any part of the repairs including transporting my vehicle back and forth to Yreka and some parts and labor that were not directly part of the repairs. My vehicle had been cleaned and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up.Medford VW went far above and beyond my wildest expectations when they resolved the problems I had with my vehicle. They had no obligation to help me. Their desire to help a customer was unexpected and seldom experienced in this day and time. I can't thank them enough and they definitely have a customer for life.

So I have a question. We bought our 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan March 2021 and to date we STILL have not gotten our license tags. I have contacted them several times and continue to get the same answer..."the third party vender V2 is the one that didn't send them". But according to THE STATE OF OREGON they were sent straight to the dealer. Has ANYONE had this issue with them? I am seriously beginning to wonder WHO has my plates. I would like an answer instead of BS answers!! Beginning to wonder if some funny business is going on!! They want me to repay for tags that I have already paid for!!! Those tags are good until 2025!!!!

I would stay away from the whole winners circle. Volkswagen, Nissan and BMW. The reason they call it the winner's circle is simple based on the fact that the dealerships are the only ones winning. They will offer low for your trades and sell over MSRP... I highly recommend doing your own research before heading there and never trust a car salesman. I would recommend driving the distance to Shepperd's motors in Eugene for your next Volkswagen, Grants Pass for Nissan and either Salem or Portland for your BMW and for a great used car or new Toyota try Grants Pass Toyota.. I had a great experience and they gave me over book for my trade and discount the used car. The people at Medford Volkswagen for very nice but at the end of day they are still salespeople and a salesperson is not your friend.. it's their job to make money and in all honesty all car dealerships are there to rip you off but you can reduce the amount you get screwed by shopping elsewhere where.

We purchased a used car from Medford VW. Kathryn, sales rep, was quick to respond to my online inquiry. She had the car parked out front, as promised, when I arrived for a test drive. Kathryn was professional, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked with a super positive attitude. When you go to Medford VW, be sure to ask for Kathryn, she was wonderful to deal with!! Jeremy, finance guy, was also great to work with. He had a good sense of humor and was professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Medford VW!!

As a solo woman, walking into any car service shop brings a moderate level of anxiety. It has been implanted in our brains that the sole purpose of any automotive entity is to swindle us. I am happy to report that I completely wasted my anxiety supply on this place today because I had the absolute BEST experience & I left feeling completely comfortable with every aspect of service I received. Imagine my shock when I was told my car was perfect! I just relocated back to town, I have an older VW that I paid cash for last year. It's not under warranty, it's the first VW/European car I've ever owned & has no shortage of Jestons sounds that come from under the hood haha The staff was friendly, knowledgeable & above all HONEST. Not having local friends or family for recommendations means first impressions are how I assess the integrity of a business & I value that above all else. I'll only take my VW here so long as I live here & when the day comes for me to upgrade, I won't shop anywhere else either.

Buying a new ID. 4 the experience was OK. Definitely no bargain. What was extremely disappointing was lack of promised support after purchase. Sales reps said call anytime with questions. The two times I did call and they said they would follow up, nothing happened - no calls or texts. Nor did anyone ever contact us for a courtesy follow up to see how we were doing or if we had any issues. Would go to Eugene if looking for Vw.

I purchased my vehicle 3 years ago from Lithia VW and purchased the lifetime oil and care package. About two months ago, I called to make an appointment for an oil change (service had placed a sticker on the windshield to indicate when the service was due). When I arrived, I was told that it was too early for my oil change as I was not eligible for covered service until another 2 months, and that I should have waited until the car's computer told me that it was due for service. I went in today for my appointment for the oil change (the car now indicates that an oil change is due in 6 days). When I checked in, I was told that because I had the complete service package that I needed to have the transmission fluid changed, sparkplugs changed, etc. for the 40K mi service (the vehicle only has 28K miles on it). I asked if they could do the oil change today, so at least get that done and was told, no, it had to be performed as one service! Also, the car has to be cold for this service to be performed, so I can either leave it there and come back or wait at least 3 hours before the service could even be started. Since I had not made arrangements to leave the vehicle and I live almost 20 miles away, I had to reschedule my appointment (AGAIN!). It would have been nice to have been told that they are no longer Lithia VW and the terms of my service contract had been slightly changed. This is the last VW I will ever buy. #ColonialVWsucks #MedfordVWsucks

Bought Late model Jetta TDI with dealer warranty. Medford VW didn't check it out. Sunroof was broken right off the bat. Power adapter fuse was removed, totally missing. Many defects not disclosed. Total non disclosure. Refused to fix items. Manager, Wes St. Louis does not tell the truth. I called to speak with the owner, and one of the many falsities Wes gave me was that the owner's name was "Don Johnson" and that I couldn't speak to him or reach him by email. I'm going to sue Medford Volkswagen next week so they don't do this to anyone else. Do not buy a car from there.

I bought my kia from this dealership. Recently had oil changed at Kia. Found out my lifetime oil change is not good unless done at a Lithia shop. I was not informed that Volkswagen was not associated with Lithia for about a year. They said they sent out an email. I read my emails. No message. It would seem professional to send out a letter. My family and I have been a long time customer. I feel great disappointment!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
