6 hrs for an oil change is absolutely absurd. Quoted 2 hrs and now have to leave my car overnight and Uber home and back for $60.. would rather pay for an oil change then get jerked around all day for my "free" one.

Salesman, David Suez was the best. Not only did he work out a great deal, be got me in and out in about an hour. I had to come in from Brookings, OR. I had to drive 2.5 hours one way. I was extremely short on time due to my work schedule, and could not spend all day trying to get everything done. David had the car and paperwork ready to go before I got there, and got me out and on the road in record time. David made it well worth the drive there and back to get the car I wanted for my daughter. Thank you Lithia Toyota of Medford and Thank you David!!

I was very pleased with Lithia toyota, Erik Calhoun done a exceptional job, has been very friendly and exceptional professional in showing me the vehicle and doing a test drive. Even though I don't have to best income and my credit score was not the greatest he truly did everything he could in his ability to help me out with the credit union, the paperwork and did not Promise Too Much. I'm glad that I got in contact with Lithia Toyota and I would refer anybody who wants to buy a car to talk to him and see him and truly tell him your situation and see what he can do. He got me in a really nice vehicle and I truly appreciate all the efforts he has done and how professional he done his job. I'm very pleased.

Fantastic experience at Lithia Toyota in Medford. Charlie Whiteley was a superb salesman from the first email we sent him all the way thru to order and final purchase. Steve also, Charlie's sales partner, was great to deal with....both of them being knowledgeable, patient, understanding and kind. Never once did we feel that they just wanted to bag a sale. Instead we felt that our wants and needs really mattered to them. So glad our relationship with them doesn't end with the final purchase as with most dealerships. Thank you so much!

Service was excellent as always. I had an appointment, so my car was dealt with in a timely manner. I was kept informed of the need for two new air filters and questions were answered professionally and courteously. Will be returning in six months for routine maintenance.

Far and away the best new car buying experience we’ve had in a long time. Like many, I find this process to be very stressful. So this time around, I did all my homework. I researched all the Toyota dealers in Oregon, and I found the Southern Oregon dealers had by far the best transparency and the best prices on their website. So even though we live half an hour from Bend, we opted to drive 3 hours to Medford to make a deal.I like to see how competitive a dealer is on their website. All the Portland dealers are advertising new Toyota Tacomas at MSRP and above, and the valley dealers in Salem, Eugene, and Springfield are a bit better. But Medford Toyota offers much more competitive discounts, especially on the Tacoma. I don’t want to have to do the work of trying to get a Portland dealer down to that price via haggling. No thanks! I’d much rather go to the most competitive pricing I see.On top of that, there were NO weird line items that we had to ask them to remove. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and I am accustomed to auditing all the line items to see what they’re trying to stick me with. I was rather flabbergasted that Medford Toyota didn’t play any of those games. I dread going into the finance office, but much to my surprise, we had a great time in there. No high pressure sales and their finance guy John Uri is just a super nice guy.Charles Whitley was our sales guru who got us set up remotely and then it was smooth sailing coming to grab the vehicle. Look him up if you need a new Toyota! He’s a great guy, super nice as well and really knows his way around Toyotas. He works in the internet sales department, but rather than hand me off to another sales person when we arrived, he took us through the whole transaction from beginning to end. I really like getting to work with basically one person.Big thanks to Evan Seegmiller who helped us out as well. The entire team we interacted with was great! And our 3-year old and 6-year old were made to feel very welcome there. They have a great little room for the kiddos to play in as well.I highly value customer service and trasparency and we got both at Medford Toyota. We will definitely be back for future car purchases.

My experience at Lithia Toyota was superlative. I had arrived at Lithia immediately after a very poor experience at a dealer in another town. Mike Rapport stepped right up and showed me what it means to listen to the customer, understand her needs, and provide service accordingly.Mike made me feel heard, important, and understood. He tended to my every request, want, and need without ever making me feel like I was being a difficult customer. I highly recommend Mike Rapport and Lithia Toyota of Medford for an outstanding car-buying experience. I'm a very happy customer.

A really phenomenal experience. Lithia Toyota provides affordable, quality, and appropriate care for their clients. If I have any future car needs, I will definitely trust them to get the job done.I needed a tire rotation and repairs on the splash guard under the engine. Appointment was easy to make online and staff greeted me as I walked in. I only had to wait 10 minutes until I was seen. The staff listened attentively when I expressed my concerns that the piece would require replacement. They explained that they would attempt to re-secure it prior to considering ordering a replacement since this would be the cheaper option. My total bill ended up being under $25 and I was only there for 75 min total.

Brandon is great! He had impeccable timing. My Frontier broke down and he texted me not even a few hours later with pictures of my dream truck! Everything was fast and smooth. Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience of my life. He also pointed me in the right direction concerning modifications (Steve). Hooked me up with a nice hat too! Thanks for everything Brandon!

My husband and I recently just bought our dream car at Lithia Toyota. Brandon helped us right from the start by searching for the car that was listed online but not yet on the lot, so we could look at it. When that one didn’t work out he showed us some other options that were in our price range and exactly what we were looking for. He was friendly, attentive and just all around a fun guy! He made our experience very enjoyable. He also allowed a newer car salesman to shadow him and made it a point to explain to them every step of what he was doing which I thought was very professional. I could not recommend Brandon or Lithia Toyota more!

Scott W was a great guy to work with and helped me secure an awesome car. Very happy with the purchase! He told me many times what a sweet deal I was getting and he was right. Great condition for a used vehicle - inside, outside and all the mechanics in good shape. Would definitely buy another car with him despite living 5 hours away. Oh and not to forget, his communication was excellent and that really went a long way.

Charlie and Chad we extremely helpful in allocating my new tundra when other dealers couldn’t, I drove 450 miles because they did! This is my second time buying with Chad - I respect his no-nonsense and open approach to selling a car. There was zero games or pressure, I will purchase through these 2 guys again. ??

Not a good experience this time. I got my last three new Toyotas here at Lithia with good experiences. This time not so much. They were constantly changing what they said the deal was. Made a deal and they changed it, made another one and they changed it. Trying to do a trade in for a car that isn't there yet is not a good idea. Maybe once they get cars in stock again it would be a different experience. I finally went to Coos Bay Toyota and had a wonderful hassle free experience and got the same car for thousands less. Worth the drive to the coast.

What a wonderful experience. Michael Rapport was such a joy to work with. I felt so comfortable buying a car from him. He treated me with such respect, and I literally had no anxiety or fears. Bought a car for my daughter. It is her first. Was driven less than 400 miles. The ac/heat started acting up pretty much as soon as we had it home. When we took it back to Toyota they stated that it had a blown gasket head but they didn’t have to tools to fix it. We had been talked into a 2k warranty when we purchased and were told it “covered everything under the hood” however the service dept said that even if they had the tools the warranty wouldn’t cover a blown gasket head. We were sent to ford but told they didn’t have manpower to take any new repairs.Ultimately it’s going to be a 5k fix. Toyota was only willing to help us out of this lemon situation if we agreed to purchase a new or near new car.This is the 2nd vehicle we’ve purchased with cylinder issues. Although I’m a loyal Toyota driver and have never driven anything else for 10+ years, I will never again purchase another vehicle from Lithia Toyota in Medford. Definitely do not recommend purchasing used cars from them.
