Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Medford, OR Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. Lowe's has a lot of options. The personnel can be wonderful, knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, and amazing, with associates who go above and beyond to help. Some customers report a very positive change, finding employees offering assistance. However, the store can be very disorganized, making items hard to find on the correct shelves. It can also be hard to find anyone to help. For a faster experience, it is suggested to download the Lowe’s app before going into the store to find what you need and where it’s located.
Did this place get new employees and management it was clean and lots of staff and they were all pleasant. 6 months ago I hated going there no one would help today completely different. Shout out to Stephanie in paint very helpful. Enjoy the store Cat very cute.

Smaller store, that is sandwicked between other retail stores. Selection disappointing when compared to normal stand alone Lowes stores.
