Went shopping with a friend yesterday at the Macy's in the mall we went into the women's department and the nicest store clerk named Terri, helped us find all the clothes my friend was looking for! I've been to the store many times and don't see many store clerks there, but this girl was amazing and took the time to show us around that floor. Looking forward to our next trip there!

This review is for the toy department. Firstly: They did have a decent selection of toys, but most of them were completely without price tags..? They do have a "price scanner" but why not just put prices on stuff?? Secondly: My biggest complaint is not the missing prices but rather the rude cashier lady (late 20s early 30s maybe? Long straight brown hair)... She was completely snarky and tried to passively belittle us, as we were trying to simply pay for our items.. she had a condescending/snarky tone, and in our short encounter with her she was able to get a few back-handed remarks in. She really made our experience an unpleasant one. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I've had in a long time. Some people are just not cut out for customer service.. this lady made that apparent.. we probably won't be back.

I got this note on my car after spending over 1000$ at Medford Macys. UGLY! "AttentionYou have parked in a Macy's designated Curbside Parking Spot for our customers with orders picking upCurbside.This creates an inconvenience for the service we provide to our o- line shopper.We can have your car towed if it remains in the spot for any length of time at your cost.Please avoid parking here going forward if you are not using our Curbside service.You license plate number has been retained for future reference.We appreciate your understanding."

I don't think they'll get my business back. All of the associates were wonderful. But I had an issue that required a manager, and they were useless. I was literally trying to retroactively upsale myself, and give them more money and they were basically like "sorry" "tough S" how's that for holiday spirit? Management has the ability to make decisions, exceptions, and override things. It wasn't a big ask, I'm 100% certain it could have been done, in my case they just chose not to. I wanted to exchange a product for a more expensive one, and pay the difference. Because the original purchase was part of a promotion I wouldn't be entitled to a refund for the full price (obviously) but I wasn't asking for a refund. I was asking to exchange it for a product that would have been eligible for the same promotion had I bought it originally. I understand they're policy and why it exists, but their manager appearantly doesn't. What it comes down to is.. I can't be scamming you if I'm trying to give you more money! It was like "we already have your money so go F yourself" That's what a Macy's Merry Christmas is

I found the best deal on a pea coat at Macys. 40% off and a $20 coupon Made it less than $30. Dont know where i could get a better deal. Stylish and warm.

I recently ordered a handbag online. Changed my mind only to discover I had 30 minutes to cancel the order. I missed the cancellation time and tried other ways to cancel and even called Macy's with no luck. As it turned out I like the bag but geez...that's really bad customer service. Especially in the days of Amazon zippy orders.

Worst experience purchasing a bedroom set. Walked into the home store in October 2020 and purchased over $2500 in bedroom furniture and was told that it would arrive on December 22, 2020. I paid for the 'white glove' delivery.... It's January 2021 and still no furniture. I called and asked about my order and the furniture guy there was short: "I dont know if you've noticed but the world is shut down and your order isn't the only one backed up!" Wow. Never again. Screw You Macy's and your cheap, outdated crap. I'm done shopping at this low-budget store. I have cut my credit card and will be cancelling the order.

I recommend asking customers to put their dogs on leashes while in the store instead of running around under clothes racks. Management didn’t seem to care.

I went into Macy's Clinique counter a couple months ago have a lot of problems with my skin, That's when I met Joanna. She spent a good 45 min helping me find the right kind of skincare products (by the way, i am So Pleased), colors of makeup that would fit my skin tones, etc. needless to say I walked out with a bag full of goodies to ya ale home with me! I live 2 hours away from closest Macy's but worth the drive to see Joanna again. She is Definitely a keeper!! Thanks again for making me feel pretty agaiin

I visited Macy's cosmetics on October 12 I needed help on foundation and Sarah at the Clinique counter at Macy's was a great help. Her product knowledge is amazing and she was extremely professional and patient answering all my questions. I am coming back

Incompetence taken to an art form. Despite numerous calls (and command of the English language was not a strong point if their online team) they were unable to correcly process an online gift card for my son's birthday. No wonder Amazon is eating them alive...

So I just went into Macy's the Mac Department and the lady that has the red hair did my eyebrows shaped them with the Mac pencil and done a horrible job if you want your makeup done always ask for Sandy she is the best and takes her time be prepared to sit for an hour and 15 minutes to be a Flawless face
