If I could give negative stars I would!! I took a luxury comforter there 5/25/24 to be washed. Simple task. Just wash it. When I called on the date of my receipt to see if it was done I was told that they were busy with graduation gowns and mine wasn’t finished. I gave them more time and when I called again they couldn’t find my comforter. Then they said they found it but that it wasn’t done and they get it done right away. Next time I called they said it was done. When I went to pick it up they tried to pass off a very cheap comforter as mine. I told them it wasn’t mine and the girl in the shop told Dan “see I told you” and Dan said they would locate it. I waited till September and they never found it. They gave it to the WRONG CUSTOMER!! When I was in the shop previously, they gave a man his dry cleaning and he came back in with a shirt that wasn’t his. Obviously they do this often…. Give out property to the wrong customer! All I wanted was my own comforter. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU DON’T WANT YOUR PROPERTY BACK!!

New to town and wanted to support a local business. My Fiance has a job interview and went in to get his shirt and pants pressed. Two expensive pieces of clothing in worse condition than when dropped off. It is even more disappointing to see as it was brand new, never worn and somehow has more wrinkles and texture. We would have appreciated real honesty that you were not going to complete this task correctly versus a false promise and an excuse that you were short on time. This was a waste of our time, money, and energy.

My whole family has used them for many years but unfortunately they have lost my business. Dropped off a Pendleton blanket and after a two month delay post the promised pickup date and multiple attempts to pick up, they put a rush on it. Finally picked it up and paid in full for it, then upon unfolding it at home all the original stains/dirt spots were present - it hadn’t even been touched. Mind you these spots were simply dried yogurt, very surface level and easy to see and clean. They offered to take it back, but quoted me another month + wait. I never write reviews and am usually extremely understanding, but am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

They are a very generous group who have cleaned our parish's vestments for years. Thank you so much for your generosity.

We took four brand new suits to get dry cleaned so they would be nice and pressed… they were already clean and not too bad, we just wanted them more crisp. Well, they came back soooo much worse.. hopefully not ruined. Upset we paid almost $100 to mess up four expensive wool suits that were brand new. Notice the weird marks in the suit. The one with the weird button mark is possibly actually ruined because it looks melted. This is a brand new suit… we better get a refund and a refund for the price of the suit we bought and never were even able to wear…

I dropped a shirt, comforter & sleeping bag off; my items came out great! I much appreciate the various services- not many cleaners still take sleeping bags....

I took a suit to be dry cleaned and a couple dress shirts to be laundered and I'm greatly disappointed. After getting the items back I find that the suit has a wrinkled sleeve from apparent neglectful hanging and storage. In addition, both shirts were also poorly hung - causing wrinkling and some creasing of the fronts. One, a brand new shirt, had a badly folded collar that resulted in a serious crease in the middle. I cannot recommend their services and will find a better dry cleaning/shirt laundering service for the future. Also, since I haven't time to get them to maybe fix their mistakes (the drive is the 45 minutes each way) before I leave for a trip, it's possible I'll be doing a little ironing as well.

I Never leave reviews but, I feel like this is very much needed. I can honestly say I am impressed with the customer service that I believe her name is Mandy? Or Mira? Something along those lines., anyways today when I got there she had 3 other people besides my self in the lobby, the lady in the front of the line was yelling at her about something that was out of her control. And while still listening to this lady scream at her, she remained calm and VERY PROFFESIONAL. and started helping the other customers in the lobby being very polite and knew almost everyones by name. Getting people out the door with their orders. Not interrupting the screaming lady. Your company is very lucky to have a customer service person who is actually giving service to her customers. Cutos Girl keep it up.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Absolutely worthless. I had them clean a wool throw. After 10 days I picked it up and when I got it home, it was obviously not cleaned. I'm 15 dollars poorer with a still dirty throw blanket.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Great service and very convenient. Best part is it's not a Weldon's, so their prices are lower.

Do not use this dry cleaner if you want your products actually cleaned! I took my wedding dress there the next day after returning from my wedding, they had it for over three weeks, wasn't ready when I went two days after the promised date, and still was dirty when I picked it up a few dates later. The owner/dry cleaner was very rude to me and just kept saying how dirty my dress was (the bottom of my dress was dirty, but what white dress doesn't get dirty rubbing on the ground all day/night!) Additionally, there was no communication that the dress would not be ready or that they were having problems getting it clean. Overall very rude and horrible customer service. The only good thing I have to say is that he did give me a refund when I asked, although he was still very rude. Will not recommend to anyone!

The girl who is always working is great, I hope they treat her well she's showing up in a time where nobody doesn't want to work. I applaud her work ethic and attitude ?

I took 2 silk blouses into this facility a year ago - both were damaged. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was there only in the mornings. I asked that she look at the blouses and tell me what could have happened. This was during covid and the facility entry area is small and I did not wish to confront someone there and cause a heated discussion. I called during a morning time and was told the manager was "busy". I then asked that she call me - no call back. I then wrote a letter and delivered this - no answer. I turned this over to BBB (they were not a member at the time but BBB helps resolve disputes). The manager did not answer any BBB inquiries. I later took the blouses to an independent dry cleaner that had been in the business for 40 years and was told the the blouses had definitely been damaged. One looked like it had been washed (it lost all of its sheen) and the other had actual small holes and puckers from where a heat blaster had been used. I finally filed a claim with small claims court to get reimbursed for damage to the blouses. Be careful of this facility and definitely don't trust them with silk. At the time they were also very expensive for the service given. Please note that at the end of 2021 they were fined for alleged environmental violations. Hopefully there is now a new and competent manager.
