“Will never buy a different bed EVER AGAIN! 4 years ago we packed up and hit the road. We packed our SN bed into storage and today, after resettling I'm resurrecting our SN bed. The foam surrounding it did not do well in the interim so I called the Medford Oregon store we purchased it from to get replacement for the foam. I spoke with Laurie who found me in the data base from 9 years ago, gave me my customer #, the bed # and the 800 # to call for my need. She was pleasant, efficient and informative. “Debbie helped us purchase new patio furniture today and she was wonderful. Sweet and kind lady. Love our new set. The only reason why I didnt give five stars is because the ladies at the desk who do the data entry and finance part of it look so miserable. I mean, maybe they are but not one of them smiled at us, not one greeted us. They just look like they are absolutely miserable. It was a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!!!”
