I recently had my vehicle in for regular maintenance. They explained what each service was and why it was needed. My car was returned clean and the customer service was exceptional. I am very pleased with Medford BMW. I feel they go above and beyond expectations. I would be comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

This was my first experience buying a BMW, and I know it won’t be my last. Bill was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. He was very knowledgeable on the models I was looking at and got me all set up before I drove off in my beautiful new car. The whole staff at Medford BMW is top notch and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased our first BMW an M340i xdrive from Medford BMW, back in 2020. Our experience was great! Our sales advisor Bill C. did a fantastic job of making our buying experience a very positive one. We have not only bought multiple vehicles, but referred people as well. We are never disappointed. The service department here also does a phenomenal job, although they need to bring the car wash back. If you want a great car, and a great service department, go to Medford BMW. BMW of Medford continues to provide exceptional service. We’ve had our 328 D Wagon serviced at several other BMW dealers over the years and they have all provided solid service. While they have all been good, Medford sets an even higher standard. I actually enjoy visiting this dealership because I know from experience they are completely competent in both routine and unplanned maintenance, knowledge of their products, and most importantly they value my time by consistently doing what they say they are going to do. Can’t say enough good, highly recommended and a sincere thank you for providing our family such a rare and valuable service.

We asked for and received a loaner car as we not from the Medford area. The service was prompt and Austin did a fine job explaining what the service requirements were. Expensive but the car is worth it.

No status update provided by the service department while my vehicle was in their shop for 6 days. After the repair was complete, the vehicle broke down again within 3 miles due to not connecting the fuel lines properly. Resulted in a tow back to their shop and another day being repaired. They did reimburse for the tow and provided transportation to my home and back though. Better communication and a quality check before releasing the vehicle could have made this a better experience.

Repaired recall which fixed the rough idling of my vehicle, increased fuel efficiency and gave a basic inspection on a used vehicle i purchased elsewhere. Everything was perfect and works great! Thank you!

The sales department at BMW Medford was amazing. Starting with online manager Nancy Rodriguez who connected me to Zain, our sales rep. Zain was excellent to deal with, he was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. Accounting rep Danielle was very responsive to a minor discrepancy I had with the financing. She kept me updated and resolved my issue quickly. I really appreciate your professionalism. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them, you will not be disappointed. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Jose

First and foremost, the only reason I’m giving this dealership a 5 star rating is because of the salesman, Nathan Pace. Absolutely outstanding salesman. I’ve purchased over 50 cars and have had all kinds of experiences and can honestly say that Nathan is what every salesman everywhere should aspire to be. Straight forward, kept his word and puts customer loyalty above making a quick buck.

This experience was the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a car. When I arrived, Kirk met me with such a kind demeanor. He went over all the aspects of the car that I was going to purchase. I then got to meet the general manager Joe and just adored him. This experience was super emotional and very hard in a very good way. I can’t thank everyone enough from the bottom of my heart.
