I'm writing this to make sure people know not to go to this specific store to explain a little more about it I went in to get home Internet from them they gave me a faulty device and refused to exchange or replace it any time I come in with corporate on the phone there's a formal complaint and investigation being done on them and if this is not resolved I'll be fileing a complaint with the better business bureau

The store on Main Street tells white people to leave if they aren’t buying anything, they also lie about the terms and conditions when signing up for a account I lost 800$ because of the lies and no help , chat said they would trade it in for the new model but we will see. This screen pops randomly and then I can’t use the internet for hours or day even

I recommend NOT using Metro by T-Mobile or this store.
1. I am paying twice as much as with my previous carrier for far inferior service.
2. After buying a new IPhone 12 from them, my SIM card failed after three months, leaving me to travel in CA with no phone. I've never had a problem with Apple phones in the past. A T Mobile store in San Francisco was unable to help me because the phone was locked into Metro.
3. I was not told that I was locked into this phone for six months.
4. I bought the global plan because I was told it would work in Europe. It did not, and I was not able to buy a SIM card there because the phone was locked. I had to travel for two weeks with no phone -- very inconvenient and even dangerous.
5. I was charged $5/month because I was not on autopay.
6. This store is advertised as being open until 8 pm; I arrived at 7:20 July 3 to find it locked and the voicemail full.

I like metro PCs however I'm not a big fan of this location because the people who work here either pretend to not no things or really don't know simply things like change over a sim card I think they just don't want to work however I will probably never go back to this location.

I had Maria for my experience and holy cow, she was amazing. She went above and beyond to help fix my issue and I hope she gets a raise!!! ❤️
