I’ve been working with Minuteman Press for years, and the Front Desk staff continues to impress me every single time. Their customer service is consistently exceptional, and their welcoming, friendly approach makes every visit and interaction an absolute pleasure.
Karen, in particular, deserves special recognition. She is always professional, upbeat, and genuinely committed to helping customers. She routinely goes above and beyond to find answers, even when the solution isn’t immediately clear. Her willingness to dig in, research, and follow through sets a standard of service that is hard to find these days.
The entire Front Desk team represents Minuteman Press beautifully. Their reliability, kindness, and customer-first mindset are exactly why I keep coming back.

Sean and his staff are amazing. We use him for all of our printing needs for our real estate business and our non profit work for Rotary. He is great at working with us with our formatting of marketing materials to make sure they are professional and perfect. Producing high quality products that we pass onto our clients. Sean brings a high level of customer service with his responsiveness and quick turnaround. Shelly is also a great addition of willingness to take care of us when Sean is not at the office. A top notch operation. We HIGHLY recommend Sean and his staff for ALL your printing and advertising needs.

After price checking and turn around quotes, I was referred to MM Press. I have to say, BEST pricing and Fastest turn around! The whole staff is Very friendly, Karen was VERY responsive, and Sean had my proofs in less than an hour! I had cards, multiple banners, lic plate inserts, and window vinyl done for my business! Thank you all!!

Update 9/19/23: I still give them 5 stars but I just wanted to add that they provide such quick service, the turn around time for everything was excellent, the ladies at the front desk are always kind and helpful. I’m just very pleased with the service every time.

Talent Historical Society uses Minuteman Press frequently for our paper supply needs and occasional signage. Sean and company have always been top notch in their professionalism and service. The staff at the front desk are always helpful and their design department helps us arrive at just the right thing for signage. We highly recommend them!

Have used their label making/sticker services 3x now and we have had professional experience. When there was a time issue with my request, Shelly the front desk agent promptly worked to create our orders and get them out asap. We will be using Minuteman Press until we can create good looking labels for company.

Went to this shop because I was on a break from work and it was close by. All I needed was 2 sheets of standard paper laminated. Not even 5 minutes of their time and would have paid whatever the cost. I was told that their laminating machine is "booked out for 2 weeks". The lady suggested I go to office depot. If you can't help customers with quick, small projects then why would they use you for larger projects? Good customer service and repeat business often starts with the little things. Office depot just got my business and any future business I may need.
