I called to ask about fixing a broken camera on my iPhone 12 Pro and the guy that answered the phone was obviously annoyed to help me and was short with every answer!! I apologized if I was bothering him to help me then he hung up… bad customer service ?

I had to get my Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra phone screen replaced, I called them today right at opening and they were able to get my phone fixed within 2 hours. Also the screen replacement for this phone is very expensive and they had the best prices I found. Great people definitely recommend!

Something has changed over the last couple years. Quality of repair, customer service. We tried another company recently that comes to you to repair, and they were great! My family has been loyal to Mobile Madness since they opened thinking maybe it was just a temporary hiccup in service. Its time for us to part ways.
