The store itself is fine.
But the credit card company they use is terrible. You can’t make a payment in store. If you call to make a payment o Ed the phone they can’t take a debit card. They only use your checking account. The only exception to this is if your account is past due. THEN and only then will they take a debit card. Apparently they are stuck in the 1990s.

I lost my return IN the store. The manager would Not help me. She said her inventory was wrong and there was no way to find it, no way to fix the issue, no way. I'm complaining to corporate about the rude manager at the Medford Oregon location. Don't shop there.

I agree with so many other reviews; the "discounted" items often don't ring up correctly at the register and the lack of checkers forces you to hold up the line if you are trying to make sure they give you the sale price. They have a lot of excuses that they repeat time and time again, but it's obviously a tactic they use often. Since the discounts ring up correctly on-line, it's not even worth it to go to the store.
