This is the go-to flower shop in the rogue valley. I gave them a description of the colors she liked and sent them what I wanted in the card and they took a pair of the rest and made me look like a superstar. If your boyfriend or husband skills are lacking let them help you. $100 goes a long way to redemption at Penny and Lulu!

I just called to have a birthday arrangement made for a dear aunt. I gave them a price point and color scheme and what they created was beyond anything I could have imagined! Beautiful, elegant, soft, and organic. They sent a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery to make sure I was satisfied. Boy, was I! I can’t recommend Penny and Lulu Floral Studio enough! Megan was wonderful and did a fantastic job!

This is the most beautiful floral arrangement I've ever seen, but didn't last. After 3 days the dahlias almost dead, some greenery wilting. I know it cost an arm and a leg and I feel the whole arrangement should last at least a week. The people are super friendly and delivery was fantastic.

What an incredible experience with Penny & Lulu! I found this gem originally through doordash. I had some questions while making an ordering from out of the state. I'm so grateful that I called & spoke with Megan. She listened to my special requests, & made some fantastic suggestions. Within an hour, the beautiful boho bouquet, locally made cookies & candle, were delivered to my friend's house.
Thank you so much for your care & services. It made the perfect statement to brighten our friend's week.

I’m not fantastic with words, so I send flowers. I send flowers when I miss people, when they’re having a hard time, sharing condolences, when I want to help celebrate, times I want people to know how much I care. A dear friend/family received an arrangement from Penny and Lulu’s and said it was the most “breathtaking” arrangement my friend had ever seen, and they felt very loved receiving the arrangement. All the things I hoped for and wanted to express. My friend also sent me so many pics and even a video of the arrangement, and it was amazing! The customization I requested was spot on and designed even way better than imagined, which I greatly appreciated. So glad their day was brightened. Thank you, P&L’s for making things easy to say!

Ordering flowers from out of state can be so hit and miss. Fortunately, Penny and Lulu Studio Florist met, then exceeded my expectations. Priced reasonably, the design and quality are exceptional. I highly recommend allowing the staff to, “just create something beautiful”. You won’t be disappointed.

I asked Penny and Lulu to do the flowers for my wedding, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I was a little nervous because I know they changed ownership, but Megan and her team were so amazingly helpful and skilled throughout the entire process. They completely accommodated our budget, and I never felt pressured to spend more than we had planned to. They did a great job taking all of my Pinterest and color scheme ideas and adapting them to fit our budget and flowers in season. We had to change our ceremony venue last minute due to risk of rain, and they were flexible, kind, and helpful during that stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough!
