Just went in to Petco, only to find out a buttfly koi, no more that 3 or 4 inches long, was 49.99. That's outrageous. I will buy elswhere.

They keep animals in tiny enclosures with no enrichment. They look half dead and miserable.

I like the pets there just I think they didn't hire me because they wanted me to be a personal trainer because they want me to be successful and happy because I like to work out because I want a 800 bench press. But it is illegal to say that am a felon when am not because you guys said I have a criminal background I have a military background. I think it's my attitude when managers lie and do bad stuff I go head on which is good and bad because am a blunt person which means I just say the raw truth. But sorry I wasn't the right fit for the job I guess at least I tried hopefully to the managers no hard feelings or anything.

The one in Medford is a little expensive compared to where I came from, but I love the Vet hospital and buying things for my puppy!

Store Associate Annalisa is very rude and unprofessional. I was picking up an order for a Petco customer, following the instructions I was provided by DoorDash when she suddenly became very nasty toward me. I wasn’t paying attention to the situation because I was willing to wait for her to be finished with what she was doing. She did say she was busy and I’d have to wait. However, I thought I had communicated my willingness by saying, “No worries.” Another associate came up to help and I then spoke to him. Suddenly, Annalisa began to speak very harshly about how I needed to do things and that I could take it up with the GM if I had a problem. At that point, I did have a problem, and I became overwhelmed especially because there was no one there to stop her from continuing the scene she was making in front of customers. The cart was loaded with the 2 items I was sent to pick up and I exited wishing her a day as pleasant as she. Hopefully, this is a learning experience for all involved.

There is only one groomer I recommend. Robin. She groomer my 10 lb 15 year old poodle. I wanted to get her in with her before but got a different groomer inexperienced and young. She called me said she got most of her done but that my dog with like 5 teeth was trying to hurt her. I asked if I could reschedule with Robin and she said my dog was no longer welcome at Petco grooming. The girl was rude and not personable. I don’t know what “most of her done means” since she didn’t tell me exactly what she could not do. It doesn’t seem to matter I was still charged the full amount . I recommend Hape-e-dog.
