Love it here! It's never overly crowded, the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful, and there's plenty of equipment and space to work out comfortably.

The East Medford gym is very clean and bright. Gladys at the front counter great. West Medford is a dump, dark, dirty, homeless shower/phone charging facility, unfriendly..avoid that one.
