Stupid USPS did not scan my package at pickup. Julie took the time to send me receipts showing USPS Carrier Pickup Report showing it was picked up. Also gave phone numbers to call to put a trace on this. Package is now showing movement as before it just said label created awaiting to be dropped off. THANK YOU!!!

I absolutely hate going to the UPS store, so when I did a Google search for another place to drop off a package,Premier was a recommendation. I am so happy to have found a competent place closer to my home without having to visit the UPS store. The gentleman was very friendly as well. 5 stars!
