I could not be happier with the service I received. I have used pro audio for years now, and will use them again in the future. The employees were very kind, helped me pick out an amazing system for my car. After they were done, the Employee, sat in the car with me and showed me the system worked. And said if I had any issue I could bring it back. He was very helpful answered all my questions, all the employees in the business were amazing to interact with. They called me the minute they opened to tell me the system we ordered was in which was amazing.

Had a bad experience with a place in Grants Pass trying to get an Amazon purchased dash cam installed in my truck. Ended up talking to Progressive Audio and they were great. Very helpful over the phone, available to do the work right away (unlike the other guys) and would take an appointment over the phone.
They got the work done to my specs, in less time then they estimated and at low end of cost range they gave me.
Their store is clean, neat, spacious, well organized, and you feel like you are dealing with professionals. They have enough room to fully pull vehicles including full size trucks inside and close the garage door while they are doing their work. Well worth the drive from Grants Pass.

Absolutely amazing Company. I recently went in for a new audio deck and the service was amazing. Not only does it look and sound great all of my existing features still work perfectly with the new set up. They were professional, efficient and easy to work with. They took the time to walk me through my new set up and said to reach out anytime if I had questions or needed anything. I have used them before as well for my aftermarket automatic car starter and that also was a great experience. I had that installed in 2016 and still using it today. They are a locally owned business that knows what they are doing, I will definitely continue to use them for all future work I might need.

I was in desperate need of a stereo retooling in my SUV. Not really knowing what I wanted I just randomly walked in...given my budget and needs as an appreciator of music, the staff was able to get exactly what I needed in terms of power, space effectivness, overall sound quality and connectivity. Within two hours the work was completely done. All evidence of wires, cords and such was completely concealed. It's been a while since the install and I've not had a single problem.

They got the job done but they tore up my dash in the process, scraping paint off buttons and leaving marks in metal trim pieces. They’re not careful AT ALL. Do NOT recommend them if you care about your whip.

Went there today. Excellent customer service. I asked lots of questions, and the tech was patient and thorough. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and carefully explained why. Although I didn't buy anything today, they will be the first place I go to when I do need a car audio upgrade.

We needed a system installed in our Class C RV and were having the hardest time finding someone to do the work. The RV shops didn't want to touch it because it was part of the chassis and regular shops didn't want to touch it because we are a motorhome (even though all the work was on a regular Ford chassis). We were so grateful that Progressive Audio got it done for us!
