Adds grown adults with their own insurance and cars to your policy and refuses to remove. Horrible business practice to assume anyone and everyone living at your address will be driving your cars. WE HAVE RENTERS!! And we are paying for them on our car insurance!We will be in close contact with Oregons Division of Finance to discuss Pedro G. The underwriter for Progressive reasons for adding random people to our policy.

This company lost my business as well as my extended family's business after many years because of the downward spiral in customer service and overall protection. Perhaps they would do well to advertise less and retrain their staff to treat people right? I've never been treated so badly. I guess the law forces us to use insurance but doesn't hold these companies accountable to provide us a good service.

Progressive Insurance is the worst! Robbing people of their hard earned money. Terrible contracts. They charge a $50 for a cancelation fee. They have super expensive rates. Completely rude employees. They give us totally wrong information. Their employees are not trained at all. Such a waste of time and money.

I had to cancel my six month plan I didn't want to but I had to. I was only 1 month into my plan when I cancelled. My agent tells me I'll get 234.35 back from 300 for the 6 months. My agent messed up on my address witch caused a chain reaction. Progressive couldn't my address right either like my unit is #1 first they sent it to unit e so I called then they sent it to unit b.. so I called them back and got the address staightened out all and all it took over a month to get it and they charged me 120 dollars for canceling when I paid up front... month to month is worth not getting robbed..

Awesome save on switching yes just like the commercial only i went to pay cash in person but were no longer at physical address open..idk but financially they literally weren't there for us.. still saving $100 monthly!

Don't use progressive. Paid almost $50000 for a car and got hit 6 months later at a stop sign. Progressive said they would cover the valve of what I paid for it and then only gave me $8000. Thanks for ripping people off. If you look them up they are one of the most messed up companies for pay outs when you get hit.
