I’m so happy this shop has a mens section now! Refashion is the premier consignment shop in the region. Great selection, high quality items at great prices. I love the downtown location and the work they are putting in to freshen up Medford’s downtown. For sure check out the shop on every Third Friday! They stay open late and have great deals and refreshments!

We would give this NO STARS if we could. This place is extremely racist. My sister and I went in today, excited to see what downtown Medford Oregon has to offer and we were met with passive aggressive energy, with the owner staring at us the whole time and we were followed by some man in a hat who walked around the cart of women’s clothing that we were looking at. He had his hands in his pockets and kept looming around us. The owner not only did NOT acknowledge us at all, she greeted every white person that walked in after us. She pivoted her body as we moved through the store. It was so uncomfortable and disheartening. I just hope that things change in the future because it’s really sad that there’s still racism in any spaces. I know it’s hard to start and run a company but the way you are running your company is appalling. Unfortunately it is no longer surprising. Please take a few classes on racial biases and heal your heart and mind. God bless.

What a sweet, family-friendly boutique! Expansive, trendy selection with some high end labels in an excellent downtown location…very walkable neighborhood. Friendly owners/staff, very nicely curated shop with lots of great items to choose from....beautiful clothing, shoes, scarves, bags. You are also supporting a small business, involved in recycling, getting a bargain on price, and helping to save the planet! The consigning part, if you are interested, also works easy and they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Great shop!

Store owner Tiffany engages in unethical and unfair business practices. I brought her dozens of garments, shoes & designer handbag, which she sold and refused to pay me for. Sellers beware.

I love this store! Each time I've been there, I've been able to find stylish brand name items! The best yet, the store offers "color" pricing discounts and an excellent clearance rack. Been back several times since my discovery of this store!

They have always been wonderful to work with, the selection of clothes is awesome and I always find something I can’t live without. I’ve also brought in many clothes for sale and it’s worked out really well.
