The Right at Home Office and Management does the best job, for Clients, as well as the Caregivers, that I've seen in my many years of working as a caregiver, They truly care about fitting staff, with clients, scheduling to work well for both, so they enjoy and have a good match with caregivers, and clients, we are never overloaded, and work under very little stress, which is uncommon to find in caregiving, which keeps the clients happy, and well taken care of... as well as the staff..
Much Love to Brooke, Kim, and Shelby, for always somehow making things work out, with smiles and a great caring attitude! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love working for Right at Home! I have been here almost 2 years. The owner and her family are so involved and show there love for the clients and caregivers. Kim is an amazing director. She really helps with the needs of caregivers and clients. I have to say I love the office staff all around. They talk with you and get to know you. They make you feel like a real person and show how much they appreciate all we do. I couldn't be more greatful for such an amazing job with amazing people. Thank you for making work so great!!

Caregivers don't listen to client or families about how they want their care. They take clients where ever they want, to run their own personal errands and then charge for mileage. They take clients "out for lunch," but clients pay for it, whether they wanted to or not. Management does not call families back when they have concerns. Company doesn't follow their own agreement that they had client sign (who should not have had to sign since they have Alzheimer's and don't know what they are signing).

Unreliable agency, changed times and dates without notice. Caregivers were popping in at random days and times not agreed on or no-showing. Never knew who or when someone was or wasn't coming. Caregivers were verbally & emotionally abusive. One condescending & sarcastic another acting out unstable menopausal moods, taking advantage of kindness, having anger fits, just wanted to sit for hour(s) & do nothing, text on her phone, sit & rest after each small task, constantly on herphone. Lazy. Multiple family crises daily during work hours. Yelled at me when asked to wear a mask because she was sick with a cough and laryngitis. , angry on her phone. Begged ger to "kets get something done." Arrived late, left earl, took her car stress out in me and I'm paying for nothing for a half hour. Their caregivers don't understand to leave tgeir personal stress outsude of work. Lisaas controlling, argumentative, and insistent on being in chharge on my dime. And i do reimburse insurance with cash for someone who groaned when asked to run an errand because shes not feeling well? They're not here to give but to take. Short shifts legally don't have lunch breaks, but she'd take off on lunch (not a lunch break job), while being paid without notifying or asking me. A bully. Office was extremely eratic, unpredictable, inconsistent, & irresponsible. Outright deceitful. Lacked communication, forgot schedules, didn't take responsibility for caregivers. Don't know what's going on and don't care. Overall an unstable,chaotic experience. Too much drama, entitlement, blame the paying client, as it's all about money. Emotionally traumatic situation for vulnerable seniors.

Both ladies RAH sent had physical issues and couldn’t do simple caretaker responsibilities. I don’t think management cares either. No wonder their Google Review rating is so low.

Right at Home is absolutely amazing!!! It's truly the very Best place to go if you are looking for excellent care. I can speak from experience. The staff is also very amazing and kind. I'm proud to work for Right at Home as a caregiver!! I love taking care of my client/ husband with all of my heart!! It's rewarding caring for him and being there for him. Over a year ago, my father's assisted living residence suggested that he needed someone to sit with him, a companion. Right at Home was their top suggestion. My father's short term memory is gone and he was repeatedly pushing his button to call for assistance, not always knowing the reason for the call nor that they had just responded. Before my father was moved into an assisted living facility, I had hired someone to help out around the house with basic chores. He absolutely hated having someone in his home. I didn't have much hope that having companion care would work. It has worked beautifully. I can't say enough about the quality of care he has been given. He has help 7 days a week for 8 hours a day. Fatima brings him the fruit he likes and ensures the apartment is sparkling clean, Brittany is a whiz at helping him with his jigsaw puzzles, and Irelyn too has been of consistent great help. When his regulars have been unable to make it, those stepping in have been equally kind, engaging and nice to have around. The office is responsive and professional. I couldn't ask for more and my father is definitely doing well, less anxious, under their care. So thank you Right at Home!

Right at Home has been wonderful for my mom. She is able to get out and do things she wouldn't be able to do without her caregivers. She loves them. It makes such a difference knowing she is well cared for since her family all live out of the area. I highly recommend Right at Home.

TATIYANA WAS GREAT ; SHE WAS THERE FOR ME AFTER MY SURGERY ; EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT HAVE ALOT FOR HER TO DO ; SHE STILL DID STUFF ;AND ORGANIZED AND RAN ERRANDS ; IT WAS NICE HAVING SOMEONE THERE JUST IN CASE TOO ;

Highly Recommended ~ We needed help Immediately and Kurt responded right away with caregiver coverage for my parents ASAP. He made it easy, accommodated our needs and provided top notch, very experienced, and kind caregivers. We couldn't have navigated through this temporary chapter without RAH resources and experience.
