I was unaware thst my auto payment had not gone through due to insufficient funds. When this came to my attention I called the office directly. I was told I need to call corporate directly and make a payment. I did so thinking all was right with the world. Apparently not. I failed to notice (due to my illness w COVID an life upsidedowness) that no payments were being taken once I was on my feet and look at my finances againI had been dropped. 4 years w the office and no heads up. No email or call. Just dropped. Apparently I should've called the local office after making the Ipayment w corporate. I would think that would have been automatically co.muni acted. When I contacted Mr Renard via email regarding this issue his response was " I'm sorry for your health issues hope thins get better. Not I'm so sorry let's see what we can do to resolve this. I wrote back again and said I was surprised at his response and was astounded that he was not evening an effort to renew my policy and help me get back on track. His response " We will be reaching out to resolve this issue. Five days passed nothing Didn't matter because I switched anyway. It's been 2 weeks mow and still no reaching out. Terrible customer service and care. I must say however, that Seth , his office worker is very nice and helpful and I bet overworked and overwhelmed. I don't think his boss offers much support. I recommend Johnny Walker at Stst Farm. Lindsey and Lilly are wonderful and they notify when your payment is due whether on aitopau or not and if you are late you will fwt a call. They also send a just checking email.

Calls always answered promptly and messages left are returned quickly. They are always polite and nearby when needed. IF You need insurance you may find it a bit cheaper on-line but I don’t mind paying a small amount more for real people to answer the phone and have the personalized service of a human to talk too.

Provided multiple name change documents and my name was still updated incorrectly. Never received confirmation that my email was received or any kind of follow up communication from Rod. Embarrassingly bad customer service for a company that offers some of the most expensive coverage available.

Our experience was as an existing Allstate home & auto policyholder relocating cross-state from Portland to Ashland, OR. We received stellar customer service every step of the way. Evan Tucker was especially helpful & responsive producing a quote for our new home and initiating that policy during our escrow. He also expeditiously quoted & initiated an umbrella policy that our ***************** previously recommended. Thanks Evan! I filed a claim on July 6th because the catalytic converter in my car was stolen. I informed the claims representative that I would prefer a pay out rather than leaving my car in the shop to be repaired. I explained to them that I didn't want to take a chance on having my catalytic converter stolen again because I live in an area where that type of crime is very common. I got an estimate from a repair shop for 2,950 dollars. They kept on asking for more estimates including a virtual estimate. They even sent someone out to our home to take pictures of our car. All the estimates were for the same amount that we asked for. They refused to compensate us over and over again and each Time we spoke to a claims representative. We got a different excuse. This went on for well over a month and we never received the whole amount . We received approximately 700 dollars and that was all. Your in good hands with allstate?? Yeah right!

Evan, an agent in Rod's office, is who we worked with when our insurance was going to be cancelled due to an error and incompetence of another insurance agent. Evan is great to work with, smart, very knowledgeable, diligent, understanding, and consistently calls back when he says he will with the information that he said he'd have. We have been with Rod Renard: Allstate Insurance for many years now and have been very happy with the service they provide and the pricing of their insurance. With other insurance companies in the past, we've found that they start you out at a low rate, and then steadily increase your insurance rate over time. This has never happened with Allstate - the price we're paying now is the same as eight years ago. Their Medford agents are extremely friendly and helpful as well. I recommend them to all of my family and friends for their insurance needs.
