Service is going downhill. It's almost impossible to get an appointment and there always seems to be delays with medication renewals and refills.

I have mixed feelings. While I have had great experiences with the doctors and staff at the front desk, the pharmacy needs some work. Unless you are sitting right there for 15 plus minutes, don't expect your prescriptions to be filled in less than 5 days.
