Im a non member who used their atm yest, atm did not have the requested amount, it canceled the transaction but still took the money from my account now taking up to 10 days to rectify, DO NOT USE THEIR ATM if not a member, their equipment not even able to keep account of its cash in hand, should have canceled the transaction immediately when the amount was entered NOT after the fees extracted and money withdrawn from my account!! THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MACHINES WITH THEIR NAME ON IT and blame visa for the delayed action!!

this establishment has serious staffing issues that negatively effect the smooth transition of important banking procedures. they have little or lame knowledge of their establishments bank to bank money transfers procedures. I am currently missing two thousand dollars that should have been transferred a week ago. it's lost somewhere.... i wouldn't give this credit union institution a single star

I have had Rogue Federal Credit Union bank for a couple of years now and have had NO problems at all. I recommend them very highly at all levels of banking. Everybody is very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great friendly staff. Able to assist my banking transactions with knowledge and professionalism. Opening the CDs were also done with my questions being answered by the staff member as each form was completed. Definitely will continue to recommend this Credit Union.

This company is absolutely horrible. We've had them a little over a year and they are awful. Not accepting payments when we have the money, charging us for insurance that we didn't agree on when we had insurance on our vehicle, fighting to get a refund to make our account right because we have made all payments but because they are charging an outrageous amount for insurance we didn't agree on and they won't take it off without a run around, it's making us behind and late fees. We are good about bills and making sure everything is taken care of but ever since we switched to them, we've had nothing but problems. When I try to call and get the issue resolved, the person on the phone was talking over me and wouldn't let me tell her anything that happened, we are told different things everytime we call and them I'm getting yelled at and scolded like a child. Worst company I've ever had to deal with!!

Only people who have bad experiences leave reviews it seems, so I'm going to tell you how I feel about them. I have been banking with them for 10 years and they have never let me down. I'd rather bank with them than any other bank. (I used to bank with Banner Bank and it was the worst! Even more so when they bought AmericanWest bank) I feel sorry for people who bank with Wells Fargo and US Bank, just not the way to go. I only bank with Rogue and for good reason! Thank you Rogue Credit Union!

Rogue has been terrible to deal with. I have a business account with them. I have an international wire transfer that has been lost in limbo for about 4 weeks now! No one can seem to help me. I have been lied to multiple times and different branches. Overall horrible experience. I wish they would have been upfront and honest to begin with and I would have chosen a different service for our wire transfers.

Dishonest and hard to work with. My truck was totaled in an accident geico paid them months ago. I started receiving threatening letters for payment. The gap insurance co repeatedly tried to get a hold of them for paperwork. Rogue took months to send the requested paperwork to the gap insurance co. Would never use them again. My new credit union is far better.

Today at the Branch office I. poplar drive I had an episode where my legs gave out and I fell to the floor I was so embarrassed I felt like I wanted to run. However before I knew it I had someone giving me water, wet cloths , candy, and helping me . I just moved from California and never would I have received such warm compassion and emotional support there. Everyone went out of their way to help me and even offered to take me home.. thank you so much. I definitely picked the right choice for my banking needs. I'm diabetic and my sugar levels drop and I get light headed and flushed. So thank you for everything.

I sent in my loan application and all documents required on Monday afternoon and was told that they would have an answer within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 96 hours and the only person that handles manufactured home loans, Suzi Johnson has just now finally returned my numerous phone calls and emails to tell me that the underwriter is out until next Monday and can’t approve the loan because they are unable to prove my income. This is absolutely ludicrous since I have provided them with my last two years, taxes and bank statements which clearly show, my income, not to mention that I have a credit score over 800 and have already been preapproved for a conventional loan for a house, but have been denied for a manufactured home that is less than half of the value . This is Totally unacceptable that Suzi Johnson at RCU “NEVER” answers her phone and usually only replies by email several hours later just to say she’s waiting for the underwriter. Outrageously unprofessional and I would recommend NEVER USING ROGUE CREDIT UNION for a manufactured home loan.

Amazing we go here all the time and my kids since they are part of the real Grangers club they get a birthday card in the mail and they get to pick out a birthday gift. They’re amazing staff members I recommend that Bank.
