First time at this location and it's bad enough there are only 2 teller/atm lines but 1 is closed. Totally not enough for such a location.

As I feel everyone's is at this point, I've been really disappointed and irritated with the new online/mobile banking app. A system that was supposed to make banking easier has definitely made it harder for business owners.Today I walked in to the North Phoenix branch needing assistance with online banking for multiple accounts, and an incorrect deposit made from the teller ATM. The manager Ty Reynolds went above and beyond helping solve all my issues in a professional and timely manor. Thanks to him I will continue banking with Rouge.

Why wouldn't you bank with Rogue Credit Union? You become a part owner and share in declared dividends. At no cost to you you accumulate additional savings. Most likely you are fee free. That alone is the best reason to bank with these people. Commercial banks have a place but not with most of us who have some savings and have to pay bills. Rogue is a full feature banking institution that shows their appreciation by paying you, not punishing you.

Marissa Fike, Assistant Branch Manager is AWESOME! She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Responded to my phone calls and emails quickly! Would definitely recommend Rouge Credit Union and Marissa for a quick and easy vehicle refinancing!

I have banked with them for 6 years! They used to be great until the past couple months, there was $1200 fraud on my account since I got the chip debit card, which took a month or 2 to clear up. Not only that the past couple months they started calling me and all their customers now, and sending out nasty letters about credit card payments. They claim my payments are a month behind but the grace period is until the 3rd, we've always paid them on the last day of the month no problem. Now they call everyone on the 30th to nag! Sick of being treated like a child, they harass my husband at work and we are sick of it. I call to complain and they don't care they just want 2 months worth of payments. Paid this same way for years, why the change now? Greedy is all they are. And their interest rates go up monthly it seems even if you don't use the card. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! We are looking for a new bank!

Great staff that was very accommodating and I was able to walk in and speak with a banker almost immediately. Their customer service was very welcoming which only supported the great rates I received for an auto loan.
