I highly recommend Rogue Flooring. They have the best prices on flooring that I found and great customer service.Greg was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He kept me updated with shipping and delivery.If I ever need floors in the future I will be going to Rogue Flooring!

We bought our new flooring (luxury vinyl plank) at Rogue Flooring and the experience was great! Their selection was the best we found in the valley (we tried stores in Grants Pass and Medford). We love our floor. Thank you to the staff for the help in selection, taking samples home, and keeping our floor on site so our installer could pick it up in stages as we were ready to lay down the next section of our projectThey also recommended an installer who we hired, Matthew Teixeira (Steadfast Flooring). He was EXCELLENT. So professional as well as friendly; it was a pleasure having him working in our home. All the work was excellent and he was able to work around our other construction projects and schedule which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for such a great recommendation.Highly recommend both Rogue Flooring and Matthew Teixeira with Steadfast Flooring. We will be using them both for future projects.

Followed a recommendation from a friend and i am so happy i went with Rogue Flooring. Huge selection and very customer service oriented owners and staff. They explained what I needed to know about different floorings as well as taught me how to choose a great installer. Highly recommend!!!

Rogue Flooring was great to work with - Julie in particular. She knew her product, wrote the estimate quickly, and made sure the transaction went smoothly. The selection was great and Julie walked us through the pros and cons of various options. Would highly recommend Rogue Flooring.

I’m so saddened to feel it necessary to write this review. I am so disappointed with my experience with this company.They completed a job for us a year and a half ago. The contractor was inappropriate and difficult to work with. He had to come back a couple times because the LVP he had installed was popping off the stairs (turns out he had installed it incorrectly). We decided we didn’t want to work with this contractor anymore, so we called Rogue flooring to try to get someone different to fix the mis-installed product.Multiple times I was told the owner would call me and he either didn’t call, or called and didn’t follow through, telling me he forgot about me at one point. I spoke with the wife several times as well, at one point assuring me I would get a call back that day after multiple non-returned calls. I was not called back.The new contractor has no-showed six times now and ghosted any attempt to contact him.We have been understanding and respectful throughout the whole ordeal, and have been blown off by everyone involved with this job.We are so disappointed and hope to warn others before this nightmare happens to someone else.

Shane is the best ! We got laminate flooring and pad for a kitchen install. Double checked our math and sq ft areas. Had it in stock and helped load it up. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and different levels of quality products. I have referred friends there and will be back to finish off the other rooms after that kitchen job was done, owner wants dining room/entry/living room and hallway done. Excellent place to get what’s needed.

Needed some padding and carpet for a new home my wife and I purchased so we went down to see Shane! He and his wife made the selection process and transaction super simple and educated us on the different options he had available. He had it all in stock and ready for us to have installed on very short notice! We will definitely be using them for any and all flooring and tile needs in the future! Plus they have tons of options to chose from! If your in the market for flooring, do yourself a favor and be sure to go see them! Thank you guys!!!!
