Had a return and then I was going to shop for jeans. My experience with the staff during the return process was so bad I left the store. I don't ever plan to shop here again.

They don't advertise like other big stores. The result, low prices for great items. As a toy collector, this place can be a gold mine. So many other quality things such as clothes, rugs, holiday decorations, shelves, art supplies, chairs, and kitchenware. Friendly and helpful staff. Casual atmosphere. I still dig other big stores like Target and Walmart, but Ross is now my "go to" store. They get new stuff out daily. Glad I don't live next door! I'd be there all the time!

The Ross that is in Medford has a lot more things to choose from. Then, the one in Klamath Falls. More dresses, more shoes, more everything. So it's worth the trip to Medford.Are there Ross than the one that's in Klamath Falls.

Very good prices on items, although the men's section was pretty well picked through and I actually couldn't find anything in my size so I was pretty disappointed in that. Unfortunately, the last few locations I have been in have had the same situation. 2 in Bend and 2 in Medford.

New image, perhaps slightly smaller, but with better lighting, better aisles, low prices and good offers, almost all brands on everything sold. Oh, and on Tuesdays they have extra discounts in addition to the one the item or garment already has for older adults. Good for the Ross Dress store.

Love this store. I love the bargains they have and always iver spend cause if you dint buy it right away they may not have it next time. I love that it always has different things at different times, so it is like a new store every time you go in. If i was rich, i would be in Ross every day. Love this store.

i went in for a interview i walk in and i get greeted by the door person then she tells me to stand there and wait for the person to interview me i get they have to get things prepared but i stood there for like 10 minutes then she finally gets me and was interviewed then at the end she asks me if i wanted to work the hours i requested then goes “sorry we don’t have available shifts for those hours” then also says that she will walk me out all she does is stand up and opened the door and goes “have a good day” like what a waste of my time of MY DAY. i mean i get that “they didn’t have the hours” but why have me get ready dive to the store and totally waste my time. i wished i remember her name:(. but i would deff not apply here and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE. definitely ruins my shopping experience for the future so i no longer support ross and will be spending my money at that store.

This locations inventory isn't great. The one on Poplar Drive is way better, and the staff is friendlier there too.
