They were supposed to have a $.49 sale this Monday. We got there right as the doors opened. The store looked like they started the sale 3 days early. Nothing left....oh well it's Ross.

Pretty bummed. Their inventory seems depleted. And with what they do have its so hard to find items. I'm a petite adult so I wind up shopping in juniors section however seems like everything is being designed to be shorter and tighter. I feel like I have to shop in the men's section to get a full size t shirt.

All was good, but no place to sit and try on shoes.

There’s a serious lack of variety, just like every other clothing store in this area. These places don’t even try to compete with online shopping. They have same day pickup and the ability to try stuff on in their favor, if only they’d just carry decent items.

Nothing new! From here OR to South of San Diego everywhere its the same. Same type of workers and the class of customers never seems to get better. Messy due to messy customers and with that comes dirty dusty ect... but, it is what it is. You find emergency things and that's what ROSS is. Peace

Thus review is actually for the Ross on Centre Drive but their is not a business listing for them on here yet as they are new. From the moment I walked in the store I was immediately profiled as a shop lifter and literally followed throughout my entire shopping experience by an employee named Brandi. I don't know about anyone else, but being followed and pretty much accused of committing a crime while shopping just ruins my entire shopping experience. As a paying customer I expect to be shown the same respect as all the other shoppers in the store and not made to feel uncomfortable or unwanted to be shopping there. I do not know why I was immediately assumed to be a shoplifter or why she felt the had to spend my entire 45mins in the store following me literally aisle by aisle. I did not do anything out of the ordinary aside from browse through the items, and spend some time deciding what I could and could not afford. In the end I did make a purchase of about $50, but this will be the last time I shop at Ross purely for the blatant disrespect I was shown for simply looking the way I looked. It is unacceptable and something we should be far beyond as a society. Clearly that is not the case for Ross; where they can make a paying customer feel so uncomfortable that they want to simply walk out rather than continue shopping based solely on the way that they look. Brandi, as a customer service representative I thought you were suppose to be friendly and courteous of all of your shoppers and should treat them all with equal respect. You engaged in friendly conversation with other customers. Told them hello, and asked them if they were finding everything okay. All the while, not once saying anything remotely friendly to me, or asking if I needed any help, even though you were never more than 10 feet away from me for my entire visit. You need to take a step back and think about how that made me feel as a shopper let alone another human being who was made to feel as though I was a lesser than the other shoppers, and didn't deserve to receive the same amount of service or respect. You made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there shopping and that there was something wrong with me. That didn't feel very good at all.

I hate shopping for clothes unless I shop at Ross! I always find just the right thing, whether I am looking for shoes, clothes, or accessories. I even found the perfect couch and rug for my new home there!

I needed new slippers, I found an awesome buy $7.99 for Dearfoams that sell for $30 at other favorite stores. Plus a great bargain on the cutest summer dress.
