Sometimes there is a line of people, the line moves rather smoothly. I would have to say that it's a great pharmacy.

This is my favorite Safeway location to go to in Oregon. The staff are super friendly & always make me feel welcomed. The mangers are helpful & the customer service is always great!!

I love the ladies in the pharmacy department. They are very helpful. My biggest complaint is its always cold in that store. Even in the winter you go in and its freezing. The staff said they have complained to no avail.

The pharmacist and staff are always kind, courteous and helpful. Pharmacists have to deal with some of the sickest, mentally ill most unkind people. Pharmacists can always use more kindness.

The pharmacists are very friendly, but I waited over 30 minutes to pick up one refill with only 4 people ahead of me when I got there. Definitely looking for a different pharmacy.

Craterlake safeway leaves customers standing there until the customer asks for help, then they act very disrespectful. This has taken place for years.. I am going to food for less from now on... Many of my friends are doing the same... Truly sad ?, I remember when it was nice and clean to shop there..

I appreciate their hours, especially weekends. The young man at the counter is always friendly and they fill prescriptions faster than any other pharmacy I have gone to in Medford.

Loved this pharmacy for a long time. They looked me dead in the eye and told me they had my medication TWO WEEKS AGO. Called today to find out there's a shortage and no chance of me getting it. Now I get to go through withdrawals while working with children. Thanks safeway.
