I never leave reviews. But the sweetest pharmacy tech helped me yesterday. I don’t remember her name but she was tall with curly hair brown hair. I just got out of surgery and had to pick up my meds. She let me sit in a chair while waiting for them to be filled. She saw me in the back of the line writhing in pain, got on the second register, and called me up from the front to give me my medication. I’m sure it was something she does to be kind to people on a daily basis but she has no idea how much it helped me in that moment.

Very friendly & fill script's quickly BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG LINE !🙀🥴 I stay bcuz I really like the pharmacy employees so friendly & I'm there so much I was greeted with MY NAME 😸😸😸😁 Definitely makes me feel appreciated !

I love this Pharmacy, I haven’t experienced any rudeness, they are kind and helpful. There is a person who works there that always remembers my name without looking it up on the computer! That has left such a good impression on me💗. I have been very happy here, and it is close to home so convenient too😁

Some of these reviews are years old. I find the staff very friendly and helpful, my vaccines are administered so professionally that I don't need to freak out about the jab, the computer system that they have keeps me well informed of the status of my prescriptions. I'm very happy with their service.

Safeway keeps the COVID tests in the pharmacy behind the counter. It's ridiculous that a person has to wait in a line for people to get their prescriptions filled (especially if they might have COVID) when it would be so easy to grab one off the shelf, pay for it, and get out of there. Pharmacist not helpful.

Stopped by to pick up medications after checking your hours online, only to be told that the online hours are wrong and to look at the sign on the counter. Very frustrating to make a trip for nothing. Please update your online hours.

The staff is very nice and have a good attitude even with all the lines of people stacked up waiting to get their prescriptions. Since Rite Aid closed and Lone pine closed and other pharmacies it seems Safeway hasn’t adjusted staff numbers or times they are open. Taking lunch for an hour and 30 minutes with no optional service during that time. They had a machine that helped find each prescription and it moved the line a lot faster. But it cost too much . Safeway management must enjoy stacking sick folks on top of each other in the produce section ! All the better to spread pneumonia and flu! Don’t forget your free flu shot!
