This pharmacy verges on life threatening to those of us who take medicine we need every day. Last week I was without my daily dose of blood pressure meds for four days. Now, there is another mysterious wait for a daily medicine. Both these prescriptions are on a regular refill schedule. The lines are criminally long whenever you are 'lucky' enough to pick yours up. Now I can't even get a refill. This place needs to get all new staff, especially replacing that pharmacist who chats up some customers while others wait for 45 minutes or more. Stay far far away...

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. You will have a terrible experience every time. They will have you come back in an hour or a day while they're 'filling' your prescription but when you come back it turns out there was a delay or they didn't realize they were out of that medication and had to order more. God forbid you have to deal with 'Goatee Guy,' if you see him just walk the other way.

Website hours are inaccurate! Says they are closed from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. Drove across town to pick up rx for my mom and arrived at 1:08 to discover they were all locked up and had makeshift signs stating they are closed from 1:00-2:00. At 2 when they reopened I mentioned it to the tech and she didn't seem to care stating "ya there's a lot of lies on the website".

They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return phone calls. I’d avoid this Save On in the future.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. No one ever answers the phone or calls back if you leave a message. It’s been a week and 1/2 waiting for any updates on a prescription for my elderly father. They said it was “awaiting insurance approval” which is wrong because he doesn’t have any drug coverage on his insurance. But I can’t get any answers. Total incompetence.

The staff is very nice but the pharmacy is unusable. I had a emergency Rx called in and I tried to reach them 15 times and left three unanswered messages. I have had to go elsewhere. I dont think this is due to meanness or neglect but that they aren't staffed well enough to function safely as pharmacy

Albertsons/savon has been my pharmacy for decades. Any issue I had with medications, I was able to eventually work out. That was when I could actually contact someone by phone. My calls go unanswered. I need to go to the pharmacy in person several times for one prescription just to check that the prescription was received and is being filled. The pharmacy is embarrassingly mismanaged. ************* The techs who have been there since before Meredith left are awesome.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Go anywhere else. Why can't we give 0 stars? They never answer the phone, close during the day, were supposed to open back up at 2pm and they're still not open by 3pm and the manager said he has no clue when they will reopen. They also charge more than other pharmacies. Run away as fast as you can. Terrible service.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They do not deliver meds when stated..never answer the phone...misplace prescriptions...and the wait times in line are ridiculous. I have complained many times to management and nobody seems to care. Sad but true.

This pharmacy needs help. They rarely answer the phone. My Doctor called in a prescription at 11:45, and I receive a text at 3:20 that it is ready for pickup. When I arrived there was a long line of people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. There was only one woman serving the waiting customers, even though I counted six employees behind the counter. Took me 25 minutes waiting in line to get my prescriptions. For goodness sakes. When you see a long line of people waiting, free up another employee to help get people their prescriptions. How hard is that.

I’m a handicapped senior woman and have Medicaid and health insurance and because BI-MART pharmacy closed and sold I hadn’t any choice but to use a different pharmacy which unfortunately was ? SAV-ON N Phoenix rd (Albertsons) I live on a fixed income and two of my critical medications I’ve always paid $3.45 and $3.65 This time after waiting 72 hours which I was assured it wouldn’t happen again. As I went to pay for my two prescriptions I was told because I didn’t follow calling in 7 days previously I would have to wait another day mind you narcotics are called in by my doctor not me, so I go back and I’m told that 1. Medication was $31.58 & 2. Was $55.00 after nearly fainting The young told me that was the co-pay, I paid left to NEVER COME BACK AND FOUND OUT THAT SAV-ON HAD WAY OVER CHARGED ME ! Which my health insurance will reimburse me after I do the paperwork. PLEASE DO NOT USE SAV-ON PHARMACY IT WILL CAUSE FRUSTRATION ANGER ISSUESI’M giving No ⭐️ STARS

I've been using this pharmacy for 5 years. Never had a problem with anything.... until today. I ran out of an extremely important antidepressant. My doctor is not in the office for 3 more days. I pleaded my case and asked for a small emergency supply. I was denied by the obviously stressed woman on the phone. Without looking up my information, she told me "we only fill life saving medications." Ummmm... this medication is vital for my bi-polar disorder. She was extremely condescending and told me my options were urgent care (overrun with covid right now) or my doctors office (which is closed. ) so now i get to struggle through withdrawl symptoms all weekend. I'm appalled by the pharmacist and the woman (she never gave her name) for treating my mental health like it doesn't matter. Shame on them.

EDIT: To the owner(s) of this pharmacy: I just went in to check on my prescription for the second time today and watched a disgruntled customer ahead of me verbally abuse one of your staff who was trying her very best under obvious stressful conditions. You seriously need to hire more staff.I don't like leaving negative reviews. But after the fourth or fifth time of the same experiences, I feel this review is necessary. It is really apparent that this pharmacy is understaffed. I have had to wait excessively long amounts of time every time I come to pick up or to fill a prescription. Two of the times I went in, one of my prescriptions was not ever filled even though I had called it in and recieved notice that the prescription was ready. Then I had to wait additional days for this same prescription that I had already called in and was supposedly ready. It is absolutely not like me to complain, and I have worked in the customer service industry so I know how things can go. But the waiting, the miscommunication, and the confusion of what prescriptions have and haven't been filled is just ridiculous. Some people who come in there might be seriously ill and don't want to be waiting around in a cold grocery store all day long for their prescription. What about the elderly and the disabled? Come on! The communication is sub par also.

I have always had great service here. I always call my scripts in advance a couple of days and when i go to pick them up they are always ready.
