Lowest rates, gorgeous grounds/units, lovely, convenient location along the creek, super easy to reserve units and check availability, extensive security measures and an on-point, on-site manager of genuine integrity.
The Story:
After calling almost a dozen places in Phx/Talent (closest to where I'm moving) and finding not only the prices to be unaffordable but also being treated more like a commodity than a human being, I called South Medford because their location, on the south side of Medford and just off Hwy 99, was still close/convenient to my new home, and also came highly recommended by a friend who's been renting there for years, with only good things to say.
As soon as Brandon answered the phone, I knew they were the right choice -- even before discovering it was also the most affordable, and seeing in-person how spankin new/clean the units/office are, and how lovely the location (along the creek with the cottonwood trees for shade/serenity).
There was a kindness and genuine sense of caring in his voice that calmed my frazzled nerves, and his communication skills and business acumen are both on-point and smart, and seem to truly have your best experience/interest as their number-one priority -- a nearly extinct quality in business anymore.
Everything from the ease and convenience of reserving units online and having an actual human on-site every day of the week, to their extensive security systems and easy-breezy rental process, was not only smooth, but superior -- something my scattered brain and fractured heart much appreciated in the moment (thank you, Brandon!).”

Last summer Eric would always bring me out a couple of bottles of cold water while I was working in my unit,it can get hot in there, and Verna she's the sweetest and always tries to help with answers to any questions you might have.
