“We had a problem with our lock on our storage door because we had misplaced the key andTamra came to the rescue and took care of everything for us he was so wonderful she jumped right to it . we love having a storage here Tamra is a great person , she can do it all and she does ! The place is so well kept it looks brand new, very clean, quiet, and we know our stuff is safe here, and its affordable....thank you Tamra for making us feel like you care. You Rock! ..
Update......Tampa ended up being someone that is 2 faced and selling our storage right out from underneath us. I lost a lot of irreplaceable valuables including my cousins late husband's ashes. Its not my storage but someone let me put a few valuables in their storage because my roommate ended up becoming a thief everytime I keft my room unattended so my friend let me use a 5 ft corner space of his storage locker just to help me out ....well he lost our storage rd and access to it and when my cuzn called her to ask her if we could cone get only our valuables from inside it she said we had to pay $800 .....needless to say she's lost her husband all over again ....so sad and well lost t our valuables irreplaceable family heirlooms and it wasn't even our storage ...its not like we were gonna get our friends stuff...just her husband and our few boxes.....but she said no if we want it we have to pay the money.....but we wouldn't even be able to make a payment on it cause our name isn't on the agreement.....so heartless place very not understanding and just heartless
...no one wants to work with that. So sad....”

“I was a past tenant at Big Y years ago, when it was managed by the sweetest little lady! She was always welcoming and sweet! Last year, my family was faced with an immediate need for storage in an emergent/urgent situation, which ended in a serious and traumatic experience with a different storage facility her locally! The new manager, Lori, was right there, eager to assist, with open arms! She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and prompt. Even though we’d contacted her moments from her closing time, she listened and HEARD us, got us into a unit quickly, and we’ve been with her ever since! Lori is an extremely great asset to this facility and the owners are extremely lucky to have her as their right wing woman! She’s amazing at what she does, her customer service is EXCELLENT!!”

“I've been really happy with this storage facility. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of, which I really appreciate. You can tell they actually stay on top of the maintenance and don’t just let things go.
The staff in the office have also been great. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The maintenance staff deserve a shout-out too because the property is kept up really well.

“This is the best place to wash your car in the valley. $1.75 for 7 or 8 minutes of good high pressure with soap or wax or rinse and other specialty selections. During the day there's a attendant on site that will help you if there's any problems.”
