If anyone deserves a good review it's this place, the customer services was amazing, the manager who's name is can't remember was very knowledgeable when it came to their products and Lori I believe was the name of our sales person technically. Great team work and we appreciate the help

They don't carry the mattress that is advertised to bring you in, was told by associate that it's never carried in store. So of course you upgrade. Service was excellent. Felt like a bait and switch 😏

I’ve had my expensive ($150) pillow for less than 6 months and it’s already horrible. A few weeks ago, I woke up with a hurt neck that caused a pinch nerve, due to my pillow! I called to see what my options are and they were no help at all. My fiancé and I assumed that if we spent more ($300+) on some pillows it would be worth it, but obviously not.

We had a wonderful experience at the Medford Sleep Number store. Linda Jones was very thorough in her presentation and explaining all choices for our bed purchase. I loved having the one on one attention.

Customer service non existent. Instead told nothing can be done at the P.O.S.(Point of sale-register) at the store level so customers need to, wait for it. . . Call Customer Service! Never quite experienced this level of passing the buck, anywhere else. So you can spend thousands on a bed with a 20 year warranty but if something should go wrong and you need help, don't expect to get any from the store you purchased it from.

Buyer beware !!! Lots of other people that bought their product like me after being installed developed a slow leak that in only 4 years on a 27 year warranty has become so bad that if I set my sleep number at 100 by 5 in the morning will be at 40 ! They want $145.00 service charge and another 300 plus ! Customer service advised me to "Be Aware of the Entire warranty" ! And that sorry that's the best they can do !$6000.00 Dollars for a glorified water floaty !Shop elsewhere !
