Don't go without an appointment, and even then, plan on waiting as much as 2 hours past your appointment time

Made an online appointment to come in and get a new card with my new last name. Had no issues with making the appointment, and everything was taken care of pretty quickly. I appreciate what these guys do, I bet they're swamped as well.

I called the toll free # around 9 am. After waiting a few minutes the option to leave a call back number was offered. I took it and though the call didn't come until 12:30, it did happen. The person was very polite and helpful.
