Joby Mueller provided excellent customer service during our consultation. He listened to our needs and provided excellent recommendations on how to secure our home. After having a system through a national company, we were reluctant to have another system. However, Joby eased our minds and we’re happy to be going with this local company.

This place is a joke. I called about a month or 2 ago now to set up an appt to have someone come out to give us a quote on installing cameras. First the guy said he'd call us back on a certain day then didnt. Then he finally called back and said he would definately call us to schedule a time to come out and never called back. Total flakes. Imagine what would happen if your system went down theyd probably do the same thing.

No I can't. I don't recall his name but he was a young dude had to of been in his 20s but everything I said was a fact to the T. Pretty bizarre how the company runs for sure.

We are extremely pleased with the new camera & alarm system! The installers were professional & friendly and always on time. When we needed extra help in answering questions and making some minor adjustments Gary was sent to us. He is the BEST!!! He was on time, patiently answered our questions and was super friendly and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this company!!!

Over the last year we have had ongoing problems with this company. Had to have repeated service calls. Do they not understand how intrusive that is for a customer? At this point, if I could find another acceptable company I would seek service elsewhere.
