They always squeeze us in with no notice, get us out the door quicker than we hope and always with a friendly smile. Customer service feels dead anymore but not here!!! 10/10 recommend and will keep going back :)

I am now a lifelong customer, this business went above and beyond to help replace the frame on my daughters car.
I was so happy I seriously offered to pay more when it was done. They did great work and had extremely great customer service. Not very many good businesses like this left, I'm happy to of found them.

I have to be honest, when you see all five star ratings you get a little suspicious. These guys earn every single star. I just bought tires for my 2014 Tacoma and realized I had a little bit of a alignment issue. Sharif was friendly and professional. They had me in and out in a surprisingly short period of time. When you find a really dedicated professional service person, you have to go tell everybody you know. I will send any and all of my friends and family to southern Oregon alignment.

I had a rough morning which resulted in needing an alignment, like right now. I was referred to this shop by the shop I typically use (they didn't have the stuff for an alignment on this particular vehicle) and when I arrived, the owner already was expecting me because the other shop called ahead for me. He took my car in right away and it was fixed before I knew it. And the price was amazing. He gave me printouts to help explain what he did and why. It was so excellent. I'll refer anyone I know to them.

Shareef was awesome. Good communication throughout, price at the end was as quoted. Had them do tires and an alignment. I will be calling him in a few months when I need tires and a possible alignment on my truck.
