I didlike that there is no tv guide because the shows I want to see are switched around and I do not like that I called and ask for the medford oregon tv guide so i can figure out which shows i can pick to the upgrade on tv i was told that 20 dollars outrange price!!! I not like the change I have not had cable for 12 years and this set up is CRAZY

Why do I have to wait to return equipment. You say it is to ensure I am returning the correct model, how about I leave my phone number and device… you can look up the account via the phone number and if ifs not the right piece then you call us… complete waste of time.

We had a tech come out to help us hook up our internet, and he was so amazing! We had a mainline sewage backup in our bathroom that was actively flooding when he showed up, and I told him it was totally okay if he wanted to reschedule. But he was so sweet, and insisted it was okay and hooked up our internet during all the chaos. He really brightened a really bad day for us, and we really appreciate it!

We want to spectrum to transfer 2 lines and establish a new one. the whole process was over 4 hours. Lisa was our support person. She is the sole reason we stayed and completed the process. she is very knowledgeable and professional! kudos to Lisa @ Spectrum.

I signed up for the internet, i scheduled my appointment online to pick up my equipment here, and I waited 30 minutes with an appointment to be told I couldn't pick up here. I'm glad I didn't get bait into getting their cellphone, with this kind of service, no thanks. Just wished I had another choice for internet.

Is there not a ZERO star for a monopoly? I signed in early, waited an hour and nothing. At 11am they had one employee on the floor and 20 people waiting. I cannot get any other service in my area and somehow I'm supposed to believe this is how a HUGE company runs an office? Shame

Worst internet provider that I have dealt with. When I signed up, they offered 300mbps but are delivering consistently 22mbps clear up to 75mbps. Whenever I mention having my bill adjusted to accommodate for the slow, slow, over promised and under delivered internet speed, they change the subject. Service techs have been on site a few times with no resolve. The technical support staff are nice enough, but the deliverables are much less than desirable, reminding me of dial up days. Looking for other options...

Beautiful store. 6 kiosks. 2 employees on a Saturday morning. Been waiting 20 minutes and still 8 people in line ahead of me.Edit. Is coming up on an hour. Still 6 people ahead of me. I have to pee. No bathrooms.I'm wrong, there is a bathroom. Behind an unmarked storage looking door. Signage would be good.1 hour 10 minutes 3 people ahead of me because 2 left.Over 90 minutes. Next up, down to 1 employee. 15 people after me. And the guy sitting by us won't. Shut. Up.

This company is freakin evil. They don't allow you to cancel anything via online. But ohh yaaay, they sure let you add myriad services online! Then they don't answer a voice call so you have only one recourse: go to the local customer service center to cancel. SMDH

I only gave two stars because of the nice staff at the store in Medford otherwise I would have given one star the company does not do well dealing with thier online or phone customer service is excruciatingly painful. You have to carve out a half of a day to go to the Medford office where the people who work here are really helpful and nice you just have to wait in line for 2,457 hours because they serve a huge city and you can’t get issues resolved over the phone.

Build a brand new store but only have two employees?!?! Went in three separate times yo return equipment and only 1 or 2 people working. First time didn't get a text for almost 2 hours saying it was my turn in line. Second time didn't even get a text in the 5 hours they where open. What a joke. Hire more people.

Way too high a price for internet only. They just have a corner in the market I mean you other choice is century link which is so unreliable and spotty at best. $80 amount for service that is like dial up. Can't wait for another company to arrive and take you down.
