Manicure for little one was great, unfortunately pedicure was absolutely awful. I left with my toe nails untouched from a pedicure I got a month ago, charged 50$ and refunded 25 to have my feet washed.

I got a medium coffin acrylic one color with Bella today and I am very pleased. She did a great job and was nice to have a conversation with. The Sun Palace is beautiful and very welcoming

We tried their tanning and were disappointed. I didn’t get much color. The workers set the time on the tanning bed and make it clear I’m not allowed to adjust it. They keep the minutes down low, even though I paid for 10. I know my skin, I’m not a stranger to tanning. Finally they got grumpy and let me have 10 minutes and even that long, I felt like I didn’t get as much color as I expected compared to other salons entry level tanning beds.

The Sun Palace was a cost effective way to tan, but now, after going there last Friday, I'll never go back again!
Most beds r now 10 minutes so by the time U get your clothes off 2 enter the booth, it's time 2 come out. It's rediculous & more time consuming & 4 the same or more dollars & most likely, less tan...

Very disappointed, my daughter's first acrylic nail experience was done very poorly (lumps, missing color on several nails, acrylic color left on majority of sides of her skin). Just shocking!
We were told the owner would personally redue them the next day, however they were only buffed, smoothed down, not "redone" as implied.
I called to express how we still weren't satisfied, and why she didn't a least redue her thumbs which looked unprofessional.
I was told by the owner several things, first that those "flaws" I'm pointing out happen, not expect maximum results unless you book with a Mastery tech. She also mentioned it was my daughter's natural nails causing the bad results, then it was, she should have picked a different acrylic for better results.
She offered to "redue" them another day, which was frustrating as we came all that way for them to be redone.
I respectfully declined the offer of having the same nail tech redue them and requested a refund, and was told to much time was invested (2 hours in total), and her nails "looked nice".
Although I appreciated the minimum time spent on buffing them out to look decent from a far, for these results and price, very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN 30 YEARS OF NAILS. I had a set of acrylics done. Asked for an experienced tech, got a new graduate. The first day 2 of the nails had all the gel polish peal off. I went back and someone else re-did them in a different polish. The next day they both peeled off. I simply painted them at home. Went in to get them filled again, and asked the manager, who aske the owner for a discount an she refused....

I've had manicures with Ty (with acrylics), tans and a pedicure with Cheyenne at Sun Palace. Each of my experiences has been above my expectation. I am so pleased to find a place with this level of service and product. They actually care that their customers are satisfied and look great. I was going to a discount place (the turn em and burn em/fastfood type) and I always left non-plussed with the results. I'm now paying about $5 more and getting the results I've been seeking. I am a business owner (shameless plug: Completely Floored Flooring Store) and I know the work that goes into being committed to giving clients the best experience possible. So glad I found a place with the same philosophy.
