I am curious if the ppl who gave good ratings only had simple repairs performed, like brakes or a tune up. This shop is operated by backyard mechanics, they don't put your car back together the way it was, and will leave bolts loose, forget trim pieces and fasteners, and forget to replace your floormats. Dont trust them with big jobs, they won't be getting a dime from me

Dropped off my daughter @ hospital, then quick fix on car transmission fluid
Matt said it would be 45 minutes, so I came back for the vehicle in 2 hours to give a little extra time
While driving there was no change and car data confirmed no fluid was added; even though I paid an outrageous amount $150??
Best surprise of all was that the wheel chair was missing from the trunk- and I had just used it two hours before
So I called Matt and the answer was nope haven’t seen it
I then called the sheriff: who’s a family member and (yelp someone was rolling around in it outside the garage)
What a circus with apparently drunken mechanics

Not happy with the price I was quoted vs what I actually ended up paying. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this shop unless you want a much different bill when it’s all said and done..

Matthew at the auto lab gave me a very friendly and genuine service today and had me in and out in less than an hour. I took my new car in to get it looked at before buying and he gave me peace of mind at knowing that it is a reliable and good car to buy. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you Matt!!! :)

These guys are the real deal. The only thing that surpasses their customer service is their workmanship and attention to detail. Go here for routine maintenance and souping your ride up, they can do it all. Top notch team of guys 10/10

Such a great experience when it was already stressful. This family owned shop is absolutely amazing! They do not over charge in fact the opposite. They will do everything in the power to save you money to get you back on the road!Thank you so much. Came in for a basic maintenance. Before leaving had a battery issue. They replaced the battery and had me on my way in less than an hour. Great folks. Always kind and professional. Will recommend!

We were in town on a real estate project and my GMC Denali Truck needed a basic maintenance SIMPLEPicked vehicle up after repair and now it’s showing misfire on cylinder 7. !!!!What happened is The Auto Lab LLC stripped out the spark plug well and tried to add a heli coilBAD NEWs from the GMC dealershipAVOID THESE BOYS- they are playing grown ups and make costly mistakesMY MISTAKE. We will seek legal counsel
