“I've always had great service at Discount tire! I've been a customer for over 30 years starting in NM. I was so happy when they opened a store here. They are very thorough and explain everything. I visited another local tire shop last year when my tire had a slow leak. I waited for 2 hours and they said that it was just a seal issue. The tire still continued to lose air. I then took it to Discount tire that had just opened and they found a nail on it. It was repaired for free and I was out of there in less than 30 min 100% recommend!”
“Look, I’m an honest reviewer and a Costco lover, but Les gets my tire business. I have a newer Subaru Outback and needed a patch because I ran over a screw. Since they are factory tires I didn’t think Les Schwab would offer me service but they couldn’t have been kinder. They refused to take my money to patch my tire from somewhere else. I’ll of course be shopping with them when it’s time for new tires- the service can’t be beat.”
“Advantage Tire Pros in Medford, OR, is hands down the best tire shop I’ve been to! Typically, the smell of rubber in a tire shop can be overwhelming, but here, with only the rims displayed in the lobby, the atmosphere was much more pleasant. It made the wait so much better. They even had cappuccino available and a small private room where I could wait comfortably, away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent service and a thoughtful environment—I highly recommend Advantage Tire Pros! Their prices were genuinely fair and saved me over $500 at minimum. The staff were really friendly and funny, and just wanted to give you good, reliable tires without all the noise of an upsell that you probably don't need. I spoke with another patron who was waiting in the lobby and he said he drove from California to buy rims and tires from here.
The wait was short but it was comfortable enough to work from my laptop while I waited. 100% recommend.”

“I had a front tire blow out on my way from out of town. A friend took me to All American Tires to get a replacement. I got a pre-owned one for a great price. We went & changed my tire. I checked & my other front tire was showing steel so I drove it to All American Tires & told them I needed to replace the other front tire, as well. Not only did they get me in right away, but they changed it for me & didn't charge me for the labor.”

“These Guys were great. I called rite b4 they were closing and asked if he had 2 used tires 4 my truck N he said yah but he wud wait only 10 min because they were technically closed. I went straight over with my belts literally coming thru which made the one have a bubble so it felt like it wud wobble rite off. The pair he had 1 of them wasn't good so he found a comprable size and gave me those for 40$ less and told me I am your help. ?. Indeed he was. Thank you Guys. N then he waited 4 me 2 go to the ATM. They sure were my help.”

“I had a faulty wire connection from a deleted TPS. It was confusing w/o schematics.
Miscommunication between front office and mechanic. Job not complete. However, they worked on it first in the a.m. trying to get me on my way to CA. They were honest about the work, not what I requested. Received full refund without any issues. Would use again. Thanks for being honest, and refund. ✌?”
