There’s always an issue every couple months. They recently just tried to pull money from an old bank account during some sort of system change over, the money came back saying that account was closed and they threatened to terminate me. After years of paying on time and not under fault of mine, they would get rid of a customer. When I called to question why the money hadn’t came out automatically they said that when they switched systems it didn’t bring that part over. On top of out of pocket termination text messages, I called to see what was going on and they charged me a $25 fee for the money being bounced back from the closed account. I said- how is that my fault that during your system change it pulled an old account number and tried to charge next payment? They took zero responsibility and I eventually just bit the bullet and paid double my payment amount. It’s just $40… but it’s the principle. I wouldn’t suggest this office, after years of being a loyal great customer this is how they treat you. Go elsewhere.Canceled my policy with this business after YEARS.

Been with the Agency about just under two years after my local agent from American Family Insurance moved. Decided to switch to Country Financial because I had a family connection in the agency, and I hadn't been contacted by the new agent American Family had assigned me.At first, I was skeptical that Country Financial could provide the service and professionalism that my old agent at American Family had provided. (Shout out to Kevin Reimmer!)However, after making my first claim (Rodents ate the wiring harness on my Honda ) I couldn't be more pleased. Even though my agent was on vacation the process was extremely smooth with no extended wait times on the phone. I got to talk to people not machines and was walked through the process step by step with the people at Country Financial anticipating my every need. Very pleased with service and claims ..at least equal to my American Family Insurance experience perhaps better in some ways.

Country Financial has been fantastic! Everyone in Trey Berkeys office goes above and beyond to be helpful and they make sure all your questions are answered. When your in a situation where you need to use insurance, whether it is with your home or a vehicle, it is usually already a stressful situation. You get what you pay for with Country!! They make the insurance side of things a breeze and are very quick with payouts so you can start to resolve your issues quickly. I highly recommend Country for all your insurance needs!!

Country Financial has been great, we came over from another insurance company about a year ago. We were able to complete all paperwork remotely since we were not in town yet. Since our move here, we have made changes to our insurance multiple times and Chad has been so great and so on top of things. For our insurance anniversary, we did a phone conference with Trey and he was so awesome and answered our numerous questions, we even ended up making more changes based on our current situation.Chad and Trey are really on top of things, the office staff has been wonderful any time I have called to leave a message. I usually just shoot an email and I get a response fast and without any question and then changes come to me via email and quickly. It is so nice to be with a company that cares about the people they are insuring. I recommend Country Financial to anyone looking for insurance.

Chad Patterson (insurance agent) who ended up helping me with my insurance plan was very responsive in any questions I had upon choosing my plan. He also gave me a quote in a timely manner and told me what my best options were given what I was hoping for price wise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for competitive insurance rates.

Trey and Chad are a wonderful team that felt like visiting with dear friends and had our best interest at heart, which is fantastic because insurance is complex, personal, & crucial. They would get back to us straight away and I always know they work hard to get us a great value. We do life AND auto with them and know we are in the BEST care. Woohoo! Totally recommend times a bazillion stars.

The real test of an insurance company is not who has the best rates (although The Trey Berkey Agency dose) the real test is if you need to file a claim.Recently my wife was in a near fatal car accident. The service and response from my personal agent, Chad Patterson was above and beyond anything I would have expected. He as genuinely concerned for my wife's well being offering to help in any way he could well beyond the claim itself. Chad also guided me through every step of the way. The payout for replacing my totaled out car was much faster then expected and at a higher value I had anticipated. My wife is still if the healing process but the medical part of the claim has been right on top of things.I am so grateful in my time of need to have Chad Patterson looking out for my best interest.Jay

Customer service has been very responsive and easy to reach whenever I’ve had a question. My agent is easy to reach. I found their prices to be fair and even saved me money over my last company. I’ve had no accidents yet but am confident I will receive immediate help and attention from Country Financial if anything should happen.
