Returned a Uhaul truck one day before my one-way rental was due. Got notified a day after my alloted end time that the Uhaul hadnt been logged returned by the individuals in the office. Called Uhaul support and they said they would take care of it. Got a call after the weekend by another Uhaul representative unsure if I had even returned the Uhaul yet. I even initially requested to return my Uhaul at a different location but was told it had to be here by the Uhaul location I picked the rental up at. (They even asked if i was returning it in Eureka, CA at first as if I had requested that when I clearly chose my destination being Medford!)
I would strongly recommend downloading their app and doing a self check in return as you cannot trust they will do it for you. I wish I had done that and hope this mess is resolved without penalizing me for doing everything I was told to do.

Rented a U-Haul from them about a week ago. We had some issues with our paychecks coming in on time but they worked with us and where kind the entire time. We were about an hour late from the scheduled time but it didn’t bother them. Everything went on as normal, very kind people. There is also an issue with the reservations but she corrected that without any issues.

I found that this place was extremely helpful. They had a trailer same day for us to pick us! Looks like a family run business. The young lady who helped me from calling to make the reservation, to showing up to get the trailer was so kind and professional. The gentleman who help us with his tools to change the ball size on our hitch. Overall, from one small business to another we appreciate the lengths of customer service they provided! Thank you!

By far thee best place to deal uhaul in the valley!The lady who runs it is named chevelle and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will always prefer this location , staff & experience! Chevelle never lets me down , super easy to communicate with, & takes the stress away of dealing with a corporation . Trust me when I repeat my self best uhaul in the valleyI will never return to the large uhaul in Medford because their rude and never have what i ordered,often to busy & in general not polite .

I didn't rent from this guy..he quoted $50.00 for the smaller trailer for 1 day. Online, I was quoted $ 37.00 for 2 days..
