If there was a 0 I would leave that as a rating. Had a reservation for a truck and car carrier to move out of town. One week before the move U-haul cancels my reservation. No phone call, nothing but a email saying your reservation is canceled. To make matters worse they block you from even leaving feedback on their website because they canceled the reservation. Hands down they are one of the worst companies in America. Every time I have to use them, because there are so few alternatives, I come away disgusted. The people working in the stores have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Long wait times to do anything and their technology is so antiquated. They need some real competition to put them in their place. Horrible, horrible, horrible business. Use Penske or Budget for your truck rentals. Put these people out of business.

Amazing place I sell at the flea market on Saturday's and Sunday's from 9-5. The manager Sosha Porter is exceptional at her job, wish there were more people like her in this world.

I asked repeatedly if it was alright for me to drop the uhaul off after they closed at 5pm. The woman from the photo here with the reddish hair knew I had parked in front of the office and knew I was returning after 5pm. She said to drop the uhaul key off in the drop spot and marked my drop off time as 9pm.7:30pm I dropped the uhaul off only to find my own vehicle locked inside a barbed wire electric fence. I called customer service who couldn't reach anyone at this location. I shouted and eventually turned on my car alarm which brought one of the ladies out of hiding. Post signs and train your employees to inform customers because this is not how you run a buisness.

Rented a truck to move out of my ex-girlfriend's house. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They got me in and out the door as quickly as possible both on the truck pickup, and drop off. Couldn't ask for more.

Love this U-Haul Neighborhood Place my storage shed is there I love the fact that you have a flea market there and you can set up your stuff right out of your storage shed and be part of their flea market for only $10 a day it's Saturday and Sundays but it's an awesome place
