I showed up with 12 packages going to different locations pretty close to closing time. The manager of the store was impressively efficient in getting everything done with time to spare. She even found a few of my mistakes in the addresses. Excellent customer service.

My husband & I went there 3 minutes before closing on Saturday for a rushed package we needed to ship. We asked if they were able to get us in, and when Sawyer and the other employee said they could ship our package, we were so grateful.
Sawyer & the other employee then spent the first five minutes of us in the store talking amongst each other about how the door should’ve been locked (so that we couldn’t get in)… it was awkward, we waited…. Then they spent another ten minutes ignoring us completely, and we were the only people in the store… The amount of ignoring & attitude from the employees was so uncomfortable. I also work in customer service and I have family who works at UPS, I didn’t expect such poor treatment.. at the very least, if you don’t want to help someone, (or it’s too late) then just say that. But don’t keep me in the store to ignore me & be rude. Very unprofessional, but we got our packages shipped, so it really all worked out. Just might want to work on the way you treat your customers.

I've been a box holder at this location for well over a decade. It used to be a well run, friendly, and efficient shipping and mail delivery operation. No longer. High turnover of employees... this latest batch is often clueless and more argumentative than helpful. This week has been the worst. Parcel deliveries not processed for hours, closed during posted hours of operation, employees reluctant to track down parcels delivered but not yet logged in, argumentative about the U.S. State Dept passport photo format requirements (Jade, the mgr?). As a business owner, I understand that there can be some operational rough patches and employee challenges, but it's critical to quickly correct customer service and operational deficiencies. Suggest an immediate analysis of employee hiring practices, training, management/supervision style, and compensation to result in retention of quality, well trained, customer service oriented employees. At the moment, your reputation is taking a beating!

Went in to send a heavy box and it was crowded. The guy who was there quickly moved the line and when I was up, he (clerk 35354) quickly and expertly took care of me as well!

I went in to the store to get a document notarized on Saturday 06/07. I was told that the Notary would not be in until Monday at 8:30am. I made arrangements with my Employer to be late that day. I went back in today at 8:30 to get my document Notarized. A tall man with long black hair greeted me and informed me the Notary would not be available until 9:30. I informed him that I was told they would be available at 8:30. He told me that was incorrect. I left and came back an hour later. to my surprise the same man that greeted me was in fact the Notary???? Maybe 9:30 was the time they start doing the Notary Service. Or maybe they did not want to be inconvenience when they opened? Either way I will not be back to the store. I would also advise others that need a document Notarized to go elsewhere!

Traveling thru from Texas. Needed some Amazon and a package from home containing my RV registration & Rx …. Shipped UPS Store to Store.
Arrived on time no issues. Amazon delivered here by UPS…no issues. On the road again, happy camper!

The self-check in option available at this location saves a person like me a TON of time waiting in line. Scan, print, set on counter. Easy-peasy. My favorite store here in the Rogue Valley.

Couldn't even send a fax to the correct number.....not to mention that the woman helping me was acting like doing her job was the biggest inconvenience in the world. No wonder my documents failed to get where they needed to go. Avoid at all costs.
