Super difficult on the phone. Asked for a tracking ID to confirm a pick up for return, gave them the ID to be told they can’t tell me. They did show up however not to pick up the box but to leave a sticker. It is not my fault that the box came so damaged they can’t take it and now it’s on me to drop it off.

Horrible experience, called twice to see if they could ship my frozen goods and two people at the office said it was okay over two separate calls since I wanted to be sure. When I dropped off the goods, they looked at me like I was crazy and said they couldn’t accept it. They finally accepted it but I have zero confidence in the delivery and the customer service itself warrants a 1 star. Will never ship from here again
