Aylanah was very helpful in helping us open a checking account during our lunch hour. The appointment was so quick we were still able to go to a restaurant and spilt a plate of food! She made the process easy and picked a very cute debit card picture that resembles our new puppy, Pepper. Overall I love US bank!

At the Medford Branch at 131 E Main. Near the closing time, I went in to open a checking account. Even though it was late the Branch Manager helped me. She was extremely patient and took the time to explain every detail to me.

Very very very poor service. Our teller was Caroline Walker. She was rude to my wife the second she walked into the building, and she was feeling a strong sense of racial discrimination. She didn't believe my wife was the same person as was on her driver's license, asked for her ssn to cash a check, then claimed that she lived in California when it clearly stated on her license that she resides in Oregon. Which shows that she never even took a good look at the ID in the first place. Would never step foot in this branch again, and in my opinion it should be shut down. Would give 0 stars if I could.

US Bank used to be a great bank, now I'm switching to Umpqua Bank as of today. No branches are open, the ones that are open are slow as molasses, their computer system is never keeps my information updated. Commercial account managers don't even know what credit cards for me to use. I'm over it I'm switching back to a local bank that actually knows what they're doing.

Literally had a drive through teller refuse to cash a company check for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Older blonde woman with glasses. Pure discrimination. Filing a complaint with the Federal Reserve.

Very pleased with both the bank and their Mortgage Division! We were given a loan previously from a local credit union with an exorbitant interest rate and required PMI. As soon as we could we refinanced with US Bank Mortgage at a lower rate and no PMI. Special mention goes out to our Loan officer -Matt Haywood. Matt handled our refinance and Home Equity Loan with the utmost professionalism and saw that both closed quickly and went off without a hitch!

PLEASE do yourself a favor when opening a checking acct. or take out a loan with US Bank, READ ALL the fine print. You will find a lot of things that may cost you a lot of money IF you don't stay within the rules they have in place for Their profit. My wife warned me about US bank and I should have listened. And NEVER trust the person setting up your loan or checking, savings acct. they work for the bank, they will not disclose this info if you don't read and catch it in the fine print. ( bring readers if your older like me, you will need them.) Please learn from my mistake.

Very dated US bank. I mean they still have ATM's that require an envelope for deposit and take more than a day for the deposit to go through! (Stone age times) this bank needs some serious updates with the fast paced changing of the city...
