Do not trust this bank with your money! They have inexperienced investors who only care about commisions.
Try Rogue Valley. They have been great at making me an income from my investments.

Beware!!! Very difficult to get ahold of, even if you invest your whole retirement investments with them. Horrible customer service.

Protect your friends and family from this bank. Very greedy and condescending. Avoid this banks investment department. Once they have your money they will refuse to make appointments or contact you. Inexperienced and rude.

Positive, wait was not long BUT disrespectful of senior citizens, teller made a couple of snide remarks, branch manager not aware of notices being sent out with her name on it which i find very onteresting as if my name was on a letter I would want to know so Icould answer the questions. We were given a wrong number to call and thenafter finding the right number was told that each branch handles this particular issue!!!!

Absolute terrible customer service. I decided to cancel my account because the terrible customer service asked to speak to the manager. Was told she was too busy to see me. Said I wasn't surprised typical customer service. Pulled out my money and took it to Rogue valley credit union. where they were more than nice enough to take me as a walk-in get me taken care of. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes With all my business taken care of. U S Bank probably has one of the worst customer services for banking. tellers are nice enough but everybody beyond that couldn't do their job couldn't even be capable enough to return a call. Or talk to you when you had a problem.

Their Computer System Glitches And They Slowly penny pinch Your Account. They Do RIP People off and they have no Receipt of in Bank Transactions like NOT GIVING back your key Deposit when you close out Your Lock box.
