I went to US cellular Pick out new phones for my employees. I added 2 lines to my existing us cellular plan. Brian was great he was patients and we got what we wanted I'm very happy with his service.

Great customer service but when it comes to SERVICE ITS ABSOLUTELY TRASH my phone says I have 5g+ full bars but yet half the time it can't load a single thing on YouTube, Netflix, max, or Facebook it just buffers the video endlessly and will never play it takes FOREVER to search something all these issues are especially worse when your out of town or out of the state I'm an over the road truck driver and I'm in Los Angeles right now and I'm parked for the weekend and it will not I say NOT load anything and pay TO MUCH money on my bill too you guys for this to be happening it's ridiculous 285 a month for 2 lines and this is the phone service I get ALSO I'll be out of the state with my wife and her cell service will be working just fine but then mine will again not load anything can't get calls thru can't stream nada nothing

I had an issue with inability to respond to group texts. Dan took a deep dive into settings and, after updating, found the errant setting. took some sleuthing but was successful. Thanks.

Came in this morning to upgrade my mom's phone and replace my son's broken phone. We were assisted by Manny. Let me tell you, I have NEVER had better customer service then what he provided! He was patient, caring, understanding and just went over and above!

I came to this location in a total rush. Only had half an hour and was treated with the best customer service I've had in a long time. Lisa was not only helpful, but found me the best deal possible. She was the best!! Appreciate her hard work. 5 stars.

Car salesman bate and switch tactic. Upgrading devices for the family. Tom told me about their promotion if you turn in old phones, you get credited for them and it counters your payment for the new devices. He explained that my bill with new devices would go up less then $3. Drove back home, picked up old phones and the wife and kid, drove all the way back, picked out colors of new devices, just about to seal the deal, and he informs me that one of his colleagues reminded him that in order to get this promotion we have to sign up with a new contract that's more expensive per line, so our bill would go up significantly. A waste of time, a waste of fuel, and felt lied to. Just like a car salesman, they get you committed with all that time and energy hoping that you'll just give in. ? Not cool
