Honestly I can’t say enough positive things about this store.. I had to switch service from Verizon to Us cellular because we didn’t get service where we live and I’m so happy we came to this location, these guys will make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve been to 2 other stores in Medford and I have nothing bad to say about those stores but this one is by far my favorite! I didn’t get the card of the gentleman that helped me because he’s normally in central point but thank you Nathan for your help. Nick, and Jorge are at this location and they will take care of you. ??

Go see Nick at US cellular W. Main St.! I went in there and he answered all my questions with detail and professionalism. He was energetic, kind, and wonderful at multitasking. He made me feel cared for and provided outstanding customer service!

US cellular has amazing phone service. Nick has a great personality with attending the costumer. He is bilingual speaks both English and Spanish. Again thank you Nick!

My time today was spent with Nick. Nick is a very well spoken and definitely a people person. There were multiple customers coming in and out as he was helping me and dealt with them without making me feel like he was taking away from our business . He’s very knowledgeable and prideful about his job and very deticated to satisfying his customers. Definitely recommend him to anyone who comes in.

We’ve been going to the US Cellular store on West Main Street for years. This store is always friendly and helpful no matter what the situation. I will continue to use them for all my cellular needs. Jorge did an awesome job today helping us figure out the best way to add another line without breaking the bank. He’s very patient. Thumbs up to this store! ??????
