Post office boxes are not open 24 hours. Doors are locked 9:30-5 which kinda sucks. I’ve become accustomed to having 24/7 access to my PO Box until I moved to OR 😭

The person who helped me was extremely friendly, helpful, informative, and patient- even when I changed my mind and needed to make a shipping change. They helped me find the best rate for my needs and answered all my questions. I'll definitely go there for help more often
