I had a great experience with Andrew. We took three prepaid lines to a new post paid account. It was really difficult. I spent four hours previously trying to complete this through texts. It did not go through. Then two hours on the phone, and it didn’t work. Andrew took the time with great patience. He was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything multiple times, and showed us many different prices. Best experience ever for dealing with Verizon!!!
